Direct to the point, not a 4 stars hotel, it’s an honest 3 stars. Location is ok, just steps from Hongyadong, but not so close to other spots and also no so close to the metro! Personally would recommend staying near Raffles City. Impossible drop-off from Didi in front of the hotel with bags (be prepared to walk some stair with your bags!). A bit messy to find the correct hotel (4 in the same building with similar names…) Only 2 elevators for 2 of the hotels (be prepared to wait a couple of minutes!). The breakfast was ok, but no sufficient number of tables for the size of the hotel! Kindly staff, polite and helpful (beside one situation when checking-out that the receptionist insisted for doing a positive review on Trip in front of her, bizarre!!). The room that we booked (by mistake) should never be offered to anyone! As you can see in the photos, short ceiling, high floor, “Futon” bed, airflow but no air-conditioning (gets extremely hot), claustrophobic, not so clean, dark, horrible! The good point in all rooms are the bathroom, good sized good shower, clean! Then we paid some extra and were able to exchange the room for one with a decent size and with a window, than this one was perfect! So based on our experience it’s an ok hotel for the price, but keep in mind the points above!
