We stayed in the no window room, as we were just sleeping in the hotel.its in a good location in Canary Warf. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hallway was quiet. The WiFi wasn't that fast.

Fantastic! The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was excellent. The location is incredibly convenient: Tesco is just a short walk away, and the subway station is right across the street.

Don’t ever book the rooms without windows . I repeat don’t book those rooms. Those are not meant for humans to stay. Those rooms are extremely claustrophobic and you will die from suffocation.
Receptionist already warned us but we didn’t listen why she was repeatedly asking to upgrade. We paid extra to upgrade the room and finally settled with a nice room in 10th floor with amazing view.
Location , cleanliness are perfect for a memorable stay.

Due to work, I had to check in at the hotel in the middle of the night. I was a bit worried that it might be inconvenient for the front desk staff, but they were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making me feel truly welcome. Even at such a late hour, their warm service was evident, and I really appreciate their dedication!

good location in canary wharf. decent size room (standard double) with a bath tub. Wifi is just OK.
it's got an old skool look and feel, which is a little out of place in the area, but i like it .
