Have requested the quiet corner and far away from lift. At last, we had been assigned next to the staff room and staff have close and open the door hardly at midnight and early morning. Staff talking loudly in at around 8:00am. The Sound insulation of the rooms are ridiculous. I can clearly hear the next door walking with their slippers.  -upon check-in, the receptionist (a boy) is very nice but receptionist during our checkout is very bad. Ask us to wait 5 mins but they were chit-chatting at the counter until I check again if it’s done.  Besides, we called to the receptionist around 11:00 / 11:15 to ask for extend the checkout time to 12:30pm and the receptionist said is okay but at last they call to chase us for check-out at 12:10 pm.  However, the restaurant servers and manager at the breakfast restaurant were very nice and polite.

I stayed on the 21st floor in a room with a sea view and a bathtub, and I loved my choice. I confess that the room exceeded my expectations, and the view was even better and spectacular. The breakfast on the 28th floor offers a 360-degree view of Da Nang, and from the infinity pool, you can see the entire coastline. The hotel's facilities and cleanliness are excellent. I would definitely come back. Enjoy the delightful beach right in front. And the cafe on the highest floor, even though smaller, was the best for me, with a beautiful view. I used to go around 6/6:30 AM, and it wasn't too crowded.
