Beautiful hotel. Bed was comfortable with full pillow selection! Bathroom had separate shower and bath tub. It is connected to a mall and easy walk to alot of wonderful food and shopping which was helpful when it was raining. We truly appreciated the desk staff. My husband had left an item on the train. They contacted the station on our behalf and helped to find it and arrange for us to pick it up. This was only a connection to our next destination but it was a welcomed stop. Definitely explore! We found the most wonderful bakery by walking aimlessly while enjoying the city views.

This twin room is really spacious, especially compared to other 5-star hotels and above. The location is excellent, right near the subway station, and it's only a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail exit. Downstairs and across the street, there are large shopping malls and food streets, which is super convenient. All the popular photo spots in Kunming are nearby, easily reachable on foot within 30 minutes. The room was clean, and the cleaning staff were polite and hardworking. Staying for 3 nights, it was great value for money.

You have to pull the door shut to lock it. The sofa is soaking wet, and the shower water pressure is too low, with water coming out from both sides of the showerhead. This really isn't what I'd expect from a four-star hotel. I hope you can rigorously inspect the facilities in every room.
