Staff at the reception were rude as expected no customer service at all, treat guest like why are you even here, your not wanted, however the staff at the concierge service has been brilliant very helpful and welcoming.

Had a good 3 day 2 night stay at Jayden hotel, staff were kind enough to allow for free early check in as well as free late of checkout. The hotel is a close walk to haram but take note that the lady’s entrance is quite far. Breakfast selection is great and topped up often. The room is comfortable and clean with hot drinks and full set of toiletries, highly recommend, thanks for a great stay!

One of the best hotels in Madinah. Very close to Masjid Nabi S.A.W for the men (gate 365)
It takes literally 5 mins to get to the masjid.
On the quieter side of the masjid compared to the other side with all the buzz and it's very close to Jannatul Baqi too.
The room size itself is massive. You get all the amenities in the rooms like slippers, bathrobes, shower gel etc. safe box in the cupboards which are big enough for all the clothes and even have an iron and ironing board in the room.
All The staff are amazing and friendly especially the cleaners,. dining staff and luggage men.
Very helpful and even gave us an extra 1 hour to check out because we were running late.
Id definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is far from women side as because of the Saudi block of women side from men so I have go round to far to women side. Breakfast is so simple, everyday same manu nothing special.

The people were tremendous, service 10/10 the only main down fall is that the rooms were very small and out dated.

Check-in: Sheren and Asma were fantastic.
Room: Very small with barely any space for luggage.
Food: Not very interesting.
Staff: Polite and helpful.

Very nice hotel and close to the haraam. The service was good and the hotel was clean. Although breakfast was included it was ok, just wish there were more options. Overall good.
