Jayden Hotel

I am very satisfied with my stay at Jayden Hotel. The location is excellent, very close to Al Haram and one of the closest hotels to Rawdah. Because of this, I was able to go for all five daily prayers easily. The reception staff, especially Masara, was very helpful, kind, and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The bellboy, Nazmul, and the rest of the staff were also kind and very helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Madinah.

Excellent location next to masjid El Nabawi with a variety of food for breakfast. The room was very clean and was cleaned every single day. I recommend this hotel 100%.

Staff at the reception were rude as expected no customer service at all, treat guest like why are you even here, your not wanted, however the staff at the concierge service has been brilliant very helpful and welcoming.

The hotel is wonderful in everything, location, cleanness, staff … etc اود ان اخص بالشكر السيدة (أرجوان ) من فريق الاستقبال لتميزها في التعامل مع النزلاء بطريقة راقية وهادئة وايجاد الحلول للمشاكل التي قد يواجهها النزيل بطريقة مقنعة تثير الاعجاب وهي مكسب للفندق I have two issues need to be considered by hotel management, First is the parking as the reception staff other than miss أرجوان were negative and bad in dealing with me, as they have told me that there is no parking and I have to solve my problem despite my special request of parking space without providing any solution, miss أرجوان provided me with the solution and promise to find parking space next and she was at her promise. The Second is the restaurant as the staff have provided me with a mixture of Sugar and have told it is a Honey, I mean cheating me, this could have caused me health complications as Iam diabetes.

Had a good 3 day 2 night stay at Jayden hotel, staff were kind enough to allow for free early check in as well as free late of checkout. The hotel is a close walk to haram but take note that the lady’s entrance is quite far. Breakfast selection is great and topped up often. The room is comfortable and clean with hot drinks and full set of toiletries, highly recommend, thanks for a great stay!

One of the best hotels in Madinah. Very close to Masjid Nabi S.A.W for the men (gate 365) It takes literally 5 mins to get to the masjid. On the quieter side of the masjid compared to the other side with all the buzz and it's very close to Jannatul Baqi too. The room size itself is massive. You get all the amenities in the rooms like slippers, bathrobes, shower gel etc. safe box in the cupboards which are big enough for all the clothes and even have an iron and ironing board in the room. All The staff are amazing and friendly especially the cleaners,. dining staff and luggage men. Very helpful and even gave us an extra 1 hour to check out because we were running late. Id definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
