I booked what I assume was the smallest double room, and it was indeed a bit cramped. There was only one sink, no bathtub, and the showerhead was awkwardly positioned. The breakfast selection was decent, and some of the homemade items were quite tasty. On the first morning, I asked for milk with my Vietnamese coffee and Earl Grey tea, but they arrived without it, so I had to ask the server to bring it later. The next day, the server proactively brought condensed milk with the Vietnamese coffee and milk with the Earl Grey tea, showing a clear difference in attentiveness between staff members. One day, it was drizzling when I left, so I grabbed an umbrella from the hotel. Turns out it wasn't a hotel umbrella, and when I returned, the doorman pointed it out to me. I thought, 'I haven't even asked you about it, how come you didn't notice this before?' It felt like some of the staff weren't as detail-oriented as they should be.
