I've stayed here multiple times, and the service has consistently been of a high standard. When I'm about to leave, the cleaning staff always kindly ask if I need the room cleaned first. The location is also very convenient.

The hotel is really old and should be renovated. The light switches are bugging and it takes 5 minutes to turn on the light.

Up to the Landmark we had other 4 hotels in Bangkok and Pattaya. Landmak is the most clean. The room gives a cozy relaxed atmosphere, the bed and pillows are good, the shower and drain function at standard.

The rooms are old, and the front desk staff's attitude is just average. Other staff members never greeted me, even when they saw me struggling with my luggage up and down the stairs alone – no one ever offered to help. The room price is high. The only good thing is its proximity to Nana. I won't be staying at The Landmark Bangkok again.

The hotel facilities are a bit old but well-maintained, and the breakfast spread is quite good. However, it's located near bars, so it can get noisy at night. The cleanliness was excellent, very neat and tidy.
