Good hotel with in-room hot spring. Beautiful rooftop hot spring pool and Jacuzzi. Unreasonable to charge on towel!

4 stars hotel with a bit of history. On top of a small hill, overlooking the lake that is full of life.

I expected this hotel to be a five-star property, but the service felt more like a motel. The front desk staff were not well trained and were unable to clearly answer my questions. The hotel would benefit from renovations and service improvements to meet five-star standards. However, the location is excellent and perfect for walking around the lake.

The hotel charged for not returning one of the two card keys. I’ve never seen it at other 4+ star hotels.

The hotel had a great view and was excellent. There are many restaurants nearby, and I am very satisfied. I think it is the best hotel in Daegu. I plan to stay here again next time.
