Good hotel with in-room hot spring. Beautiful rooftop hot spring pool and Jacuzzi. Unreasonable to charge on towel!

I expected this hotel to be a five-star property, but the service felt more like a motel. The front desk staff were not well trained and were unable to clearly answer my questions. The hotel would benefit from renovations and service improvements to meet five-star standards. However, the location is excellent and perfect for walking around the lake.

The hotel had a great view and was excellent. There are many restaurants nearby, and I am very satisfied. I think it is the best hotel in Daegu. I plan to stay here again next time.
