Qianhe Rezen Hotel

I chose this hotel for my self-driving trip to Jiuzhaigou because I saw that parking wasn't an issue and they had Nio fast-charging stations, so I booked it without hesitation. The hotel facilities are complete and comfortable. There's a shop and restaurant right in the hotel lobby, which is very convenient. The hotel's Yak Hot Pot restaurant offers reasonably priced, delicious food with excellent service. Waiters 029, 015, 019, and 095 were all particularly enthusiastic about explaining the dishes and even proactively brought us fruit – thank you! The portion sizes at the restaurant were also generous; we were so full!

The location is a little far from the scenic area's main entrance, but the hotel offers plenty of buggies to take you there, so it's quite convenient overall. The decor is relatively new, and it's easy to find since it's right by the road.

Very satisfied. The environment is good, the hygiene is good, and the service attitude is good. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel lobby staff were warm and welcoming, and Butler 013 even gave me a personalized tour of the hotel layout, helped with my luggage, and provided excellent service. He also explained the Jiuzhaigou tour routes and gave me a free breakfast voucher. The hotel breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of coffees, desserts, and fruits. Seriously, ladies, just go for it!

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Very good. It was cold outside, but the room was warm. Service: There were fruits and snacks in the room. The front desk staff was very kind and helped us arrange adjacent rooms for our group. The restaurant staff were warm and attentive, especially thanking restaurant staff members 022, 023, 024, 025, and 095. They told us how to alleviate altitude sickness and prepared special tea for us. Thanks to security guard 063 who enthusiastically helped us with our luggage when he saw we had children. Overall, it's a great hotel with great people.

I was very satisfied with this stay. The location is a huge plus, being very close to the visitor center, so there's no need to drive. We could park our car at the hotel, and they even had charging stations. The room was bright and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable, allowing for a great rest. The front desk staff, concierge, and even the security guards were all very friendly. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again!!!

They upgraded my room for free and helped with my luggage, which was very thoughtful service. There's a shared shuttle that can take you to Jiuzhaigou, and it's super close, only about a 5-minute ride. Overall, I'm very satisfied!
