The hotel is in a great location and the complimentary shuttle service to One Nimman was very convenient. I especially want to thank the lovely, cute Korean-speaking staff member at check-in; she was incredibly helpful and kind.
I also want to give a special shout-out to the male staff member with glasses who helped us with our luggage. He was always smiling and made us feel very welcome with his kindness and hospitality.
However, there were several areas that need improvement. First, the musty smell in the room and the unpleasant odor in the elevator made my stay uncomfortable. Also, despite the strict 'No Durian' policy mentioned at check-in, the hallways were filled with the smell of durian, suggesting a need for stricter guidance for certain tourist groups.
Also, potential guests should be aware that the vast majority of the guests are Chinese tourists, which significantly influences the overall atmosphere of the hotel.
Regarding the room, the sofa bed was far too small for an adult. It would be very cramped for three tall adults to stay together. Also, the Triple Rooms are quite a distance from the lobby and restaurant. While there is a free shuttle service within the resort and it’s walkable for some, it could be challenging for the elderly or those with mobility issues.
I stayed for 4 nights and used the breakfast buffet for 3 days. While the food was okay, I was disappointed by the lack of variety; the menu didn't change much, which was a bit boring for a multi-day stay.
Lastly, there are no convenience stores nearby, so it was a bit inconvenient to buy emergency items or snacks.
It’s a beautiful property with great staff, but the facilities and management definitely need some upgrades.
