I had to pay a R1050 for the blankets that were not clean but I think it was when we left but it was not told to me when I book that for that I will pay and my wife did get sick so that was not planned for so yes thats very bad I think I was robbed because if it was something that was Brocken or anything then I will understand but everything was okay when I left just the bedding was Duty

I stayed at this hotel expecting four-star quality, but unfortunately, it was far from that. The toilet flush was broken, and the bathroom tap was stuck, which is simply unacceptable in a hotel of this category. These kinds of issues speak volumes about how poorly managed the place is. To make matters worse, we were woken up every single morning by housekeeping, even after we had specifically asked for the room to be cleaned after 10 a.m. Despite our request, the cleaning staff knocked on the door early every day, disturbing our rest. I do not recommend this hotel. It clearly suffers from terrible management. 3 out of 10.

I had booked this hotel for my husband and his friend , unfortunately they had an urgency at work and they couldn’t make it on the said date, they asked me to modify their booking to a later date but I was denied by the hotel managers/ operators. My request went in 2 days prior to the reservations date but I only got a response two days on that the hotel couldn’t cancel. I have learnt my lessons never to pay online until I get there Incase of any emergencies

The hotel is in a very good location. Table Mountain is right in front of you when you look out the window. The restaurant on the first floor has delicious food and live jazz music. It is very convenient to use Uber to go to various attractions.

I received excellent service from the staff in the hotel . The most outstanding service was from Mustapha, he helped me on two occasions with the safe, which was giving error codes. Over and above this after I had left the hotel, I had a package arriving late that I could not receive. Mustapha shared his personal Whatsapp number with me to organize the package to be returned to the seller. I have not received such excellent service in some years of staying in hotels outside of South Africa. Thank you!

Hotel location was good, pricing was terribly too much for what the hotel has to offer, the pool is not even close to what it looks on the photos. The rooms smelled like smoke and even after asking the staff to assist, they weren't able to provide any assistance

Pros : Great for a short stay. Attentive staff all across from security to the front desk to the breakfast. Central location. Very clean and put together room. Live jazz bands at night (awesome!) Cons : Extra for parking (which adds up quickly on a longer stay). Spotty wifi internet. Reception of mobile data is altered (using my own internet as Hotspot was also an issue). Electrical plugs are oddly placed in the room (none near the bed or near the dedicated workspace). Gym is basic.

I had my worst vacation experience in this hotel.first they charged me for drinks that I didn't use in their minibar. After raising the concern, they withdrew the bill but went ahead and billed me 3000 rand for water that had poured on their carpet in the room which was as a result of the overflow on bath tub not working.The area which was affected by water was so small to warrant such a ridiculous amount of money.Tried to reason with staff in vain.This hotel tries to extort money through all means which shouldn't be the case.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.There are better hotels around the same area
