The moment we stepped in, we had a fantastic impression. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, helping us with our luggage and preparing a delicious cup of tea. They even kindly offered recommendations for attractions around Hoi An. Most importantly, the room was exceptionally clean and smelled wonderful. Entering the room felt incredibly comfortable. The location is also excellent; it's less than a five-minute walk to the bustling downtown area. Overall, it was a superb hotel experience! If you're planning a trip to Hoi An, you absolutely must choose this hotel!

Even though I only booked one night, I received triple the quality service. Hoi An Ancient Town isn't big, and with their complimentary bicycles, you can easily cycle everywhere. Both before check-in and after check-out, they thoughtfully provided a public restroom for freshening up, considering the hot weather. This is incredibly friendly for solo travelers taking overnight buses.

The room ambiance was great, and it's close to the tourist area, about a 5-10 minute walk. The staff were lovely.

It was great that all three of us had our own rooms and bathrooms. The decor is beautiful and clean, and it's great value for money. Highly recommend!

Everything was okay, and they even had free bicycles for rent. The location is very convenient, close to the old town, and within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, even though there was a language barrier.

The room was clean and tidy. The standard single room was a bit small. I'd recommend upgrading to a deluxe room, which comes with a small balcony. It's about 20% more, but definitely worth it. Plus, they offer free bicycles, which is great for getting around.

The location is fantastic! It's a three-minute walk to Hoi An Night Market and five minutes to the ancient town center. The Thu Bon River is just two blocks away, so after a drink at a riverside bar in the evening, it's only a three-minute stroll back to the homestay. Being tucked away in an alley means it's surprisingly quiet. Plus, there are plenty of local restaurants nearby whose food is just as good, if not better, than those overpriced, Michelin-recommended influencer spots.
