had a wonderful stay here. The property is extremely clean and surrounded by lush pine trees, giving it a calm and cozy natural vibe. The weather was pleasantly cool and fresh, so the lack of air conditioning was not an issue at all. What made our stay extra special was the outstanding service. All the staff members were very polite and welcoming. A special mention to the staff who helped carry our luggage—they were super sweet and attentive. I would definitely come back again!

Stunning location, in the forest, and close to all the lakeside activities. Breakfast buffet isn't huge but has western and Vietnamese staples like bacon and eggs, pho, congee, fruit and more. Service was excellent. Unfortunately the room was a little musty smelling and although I requested a quiet room online, they place us directly next to the restaurant which was unfortunately noisy early in the morning and spoilt the zen forest vive we were hoping for.

Dreamy place with greenery view, good place for family gathering. Location is 20 mins away from city, easily can get a grab.

Overall, my stay was very disappointing because of several avoidable issues. First, I was initially checked into the wrong room and had to move to another one later. When it was finally time to move, I had to carry all of my luggage by myself. The hotel has a shuttle, but nobody could drive it, so it was useless. The new room had no Wi-Fi, and to make matters worse, the room phone didn’t work either. Every time I needed assistance, I had to walk all the way back to the reception in person. I went there multiple times, politely asking them to fix the internet. They eventually sent a technician, but instead of fixing the problem, he kept insisting that the Wi-Fi was working properly when it clearly wasn’t. After several trips to the reception, the issue was finally resolved. A guest shouldn’t have to repeatedly walk to reception just because the room phone doesn’t work and basic services like Wi-Fi are unavailable. I can estimate it really low, more problems that pluses. Very disappointing and do not worth money at all - 3/10
