Mehood Hotel (Yangshuo Ten-mile Gallery)

The service was great, and our butler was very responsive and enthusiastic. They even upgraded our room. However, the facilities were just average. The bathroom had a strange odor, and the air conditioning unit outside was so loud I couldn't sleep. As shown in the picture, there were dead fly corpses on the bedside table. I've traveled extensively and stayed in countless hotels, and I can tell this hotel is trying to be high-end. But to truly achieve that, every little detail needs to be meticulously attended to. They can't just rely on their prime location or the hard work of their staff; they need to elevate every aspect to reach the next level.

This was my second stay here, and the environment is quite good. The staff are very friendly, and the parking is also convenient. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Overall, it's a good choice and I'd recommend it.

A highly recommended hotel with a perfect score. The breakfast was plentiful. My train was at 7 am, and the hotel not only allowed me to check out late at 5 pm, but also thoughtfully helped me put my luggage on the train. I was also very grateful for the attentive service from the room butler, Xiao Huang.

The hotel offers butler service. Our butler, Xiao Qin, was incredibly helpful. He proactively sent us information about nearby attractions and various travel tips. He also delivered fruit, washed our clothes, and provided water. He was incredibly helpful and patient. I truly commend Xiao Qin. Additionally, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. The family room we stayed in (for two days) was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and included complimentary afternoon tea. It was a truly wonderful experience and highly recommended.

The environment is nice and quaint. Also, the housekeeper Maomao provided excellent service. Thumbs up!

The hotel environment is good, surrounded by mountains on three sides, the service is thoughtful, and there is butler service. Overall it is quite good, the hygiene is also OK, the hotel butler Xiaozhi is thoughtful and service-oriented, very satisfied
