The view overlooking the river was stunning. The staff helped us on multiple occasions and was super nice. The hotel room was clean and the stay was worth it. It was pleasant to be greeted by the hallway cat everyday.

Good for stay, clean and hygienic, the location is good, after entering, you need to close the balcony to avoid mosquitoes flying in at night. The front desk will inform you before check-in. The service attitude is good, highly recommended.❤️🔥

Overall the room was very nice and clean (besides a few old stains on the sheets). The beds were too hard, but the Chinese seem to enjoy sleeping on a rock so I can't fault them for that. The only real issue was the shower which was always either too hot or too cold. The main reason I chose to write this review was our hostess who was an absolute peach. For a China-lady her English was great and she was incredibly helpful and patient with us when we had difficulty understanding the translations from WeChat and she made our stay very comfortable. Overall I'd highly recommend staying here.

The hotel facilities are complete, and the environment is clean. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Tuojiang River right from your room. The location is excellent, very close to the core scenic area, and also relatively quiet. The staff are very enthusiastic; they sent texts explaining how to get to the hotel and even provided a travel guide. They also helped us with our luggage when we checked in, which made us feel very welcome.

The walls and ceiling had spider webs and bugs. The light for sink/ bathroom hallway did not work. The sliding door to the balcony had openings which gave bugs and mosquito to enter. They had a projector instead of a tv, but the pictures was blurry and it was had to use. The customer service and the location was good.

Amazing experience! I stayed here with my brother, and we had a wonderful time. The hotel has a beautiful view, and the atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

The location of this hotel was perfect! Right on the river with a view overlooking phoenix ancient town. The staff were incredibly accommodating and gave me plenty of suggestions for activities to do and places to go on my arrival. The room was clean and cozy, would recommend staying here !
