The hotel facilities are complete, and the hygiene is impeccable. The environment is absolutely wonderful, and the service is top-notch and highly efficient! The staff are always there when you need them, promptly appearing to solve any issues. The complimentary fruits and drinks in the room were so abundant, I couldn't possibly finish them all. After booking, staff called to inquire about my needs and helped me book the Lingyin Temple and Feilai Peak scenic area, make restaurant reservations, and arrange wood barrel baths and sound bowl sessions – it was incredibly thoughtful. If I didn't want to walk, staff were also available to drive me around! After learning my train ticket information, they even arranged a late check-out for me and a car to take me to the station. Upon arrival, staff were already waiting, offering warm tea and wet towels. When I left, staff saw me off to my car and waved goodbye! The service truly is excellent, absolutely fantastic! They even gave me a luggage tag as a gift! The hotel is located within the scenic area, so the environment is naturally beautiful, very quiet, secluded, and a perfect escape from the bustling city. It's truly an ideal spot for a vacation! I highly recommend staying here! If I have the time and the means, I'll definitely be back! In short, this is a must-stay hotel, and it certainly won't disappoint its guests!

Overall, it's pretty good; the immersive experience was quite nice. The hotel's follow-up service was relatively prompt, but there's room for improvement when it comes to handling last-minute changes or adjustments. If you're looking for a peaceful mountain retreat and convenient access to Lingyin Temple, this is a good choice. Just remember to bring insect repellent; the bugs in the mountains are quite fierce – a crucial reminder!

The service system at Amanfayun is truly exceptional. Whether you're walking around, dining, or participating in activities, the service is incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. This time, I also experienced the spa, calligraphy, sound healing, and a travel photoshoot – it was all incredibly Zen, and the environment was elegant. The photographer, Domi, captured some truly amazing shots! It's expensive for a reason, but definitely worth every penny!

The room furnishings were generally old and worn. The screen window was broken, the welcome card was incorrect, and the copper fixtures hadn't been descaled.

Treated this place like home, an unforgettable stay, so happy! The rainy ambiance was just perfect, the atmosphere was incredible. The hotel upgraded our room, it was super comfortable, thank you so much, Aman! Explored every corner, unlocked many hidden gems, it was so much fun! Here, aligning with the soul of Aman, even eating instant noodles felt luxurious. 😂 After staying at Aman, the wonderful memories will be etched into my DNA. Definitely worth another visit. Service: Super nice, it felt like we had one-on-one service throughout our stay, as if we were the only guests in the entire grand hotel, receiving such exclusive treatment. Fayun An's daily traditional Chinese cultural activities: Very special, truly calming for the soul, deep within the mountains and forests. Leisurely half-day tour, no worries to bother the mind.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Hangzhou, year after year. It's a rare find – such peace and quiet right by the bustling scenic area. In the mornings, it's incredibly convenient to access the Feilai Peak scenic area directly from the hotel's private entrance. The service here just keeps getting better. Already looking forward to my Hangzhou trip next year!

From the pickup to check-in, everything was thoughtful and well-executed. The breakfast tasted great and was beautifully presented. The steamed dishes restaurant is a matter of personal preference, I suppose. The in-room fruit was replenished daily, which was a nice touch, but honestly, the presentation could be improved. The variety, color combination, and arrangement of the welcome fruit didn't quite match the hotel's positioning. Even compared to other star-rated hotels, or even business hotels, the aesthetic quality in this regard is often superior. So, the fruit platter felt more like an afterthought than a highlight; perhaps not including it at all would have avoided this slight imperfection. As for the spa service, it was actually very good, but the overall experience lacked any standout features and wasn't superior to other top-tier luxury brands. It didn't offer good value for money and felt somewhat underwhelming. The entire ancient village environment is exceptionally quiet and rustic, and the guest room ambiance was spot on. The room fragrance was lovely and incredibly soothing. The housekeeping staff were also very attentive, and the turndown service was excellent. The environment is peaceful and undisturbed, and when needed, the staff's discreet thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. The Fuyunshe sachet-making activity was interesting and meaningful. Finally, I appreciate the laundry service.
