Disappointing Stay — Please Read the Reviews Before Booking I did not enjoy my stay at all. To future travellers, please take the time to read the reviews carefully, especially the negative ones, before making a booking. 1. Check-in Issues and Double Booking The check-in time was 3:00 PM. However, when I arrived at around 1:00 AM the following day, there was no access card in the mailbox. It turned out that the room had been double-booked, leaving me in a very frustrating situation in the middle of the night. 2. Poor Communication from the Host The host, Perfect Host, was extremely difficult to contact. Calling them was practically useless, and they seemed to be reachable only during office hours by WhatsApp only. Fortunately, the housekeeping staff was there to help resolve the situation. Special thanks to JonBoy for the assistance — I really appreciated the help. 3. Concerns About Parking Arrangements I also have serious concerns about the parking arrangements at this property and the way they are handled by the security guards. Some of the practices seemed questionable and deserve further clarification from the property management. 4. Unsettling Experience in the Room Lastly, I experienced what I can only describe as a ********************* in room A-23A-25. It made my stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, this was a disappointing and stressful experience. Based on what happened, I would strongly encourage future travellers to read the reviews thoroughly and consider these issues before booking. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves its service, communication, and booking arrangements.

A very good stay. The facilities are good too. I would definitely check in here again in the future. A good choice if u want privacy.

This is my preferred property to stay when i was in kl. I love the area so convenience walkable to lrt . And there is mini market downstair also a few resto such as mamak resto and arabic resto the only downside is waiting for the elevator. Long time when peak hour

Very clean and cozy room. Just had some qifi problems as the wifi are shared withe the main room.

The apartment is nice and well-maintained, with a great location and many benefits. There is also an Indian restaurant nearby that serves delicious food. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and offers good value for money. Highly recommended!

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, which made it uncomfortable to stay. The air conditioner was not functioning well and didn’t cool the room properly. Visitor parking is also very limited which it’s first come, first served. So when it’s full, you have to park quite far away. But the pool was ok
