Choosing Arctic Mountain Villa for business trips was such a wise decision! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the city center, with numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with comfortable chairs and tables, soft, non-glaring lighting, a generous breakfast, and efficient, attentive service. You can't go wrong with this hotel!

The room was fairly clean, but the facilities were a bit old. The environment was nice, the breakfast was a little lacking, and the service was quite good. They were very helpful and had a great attitude when I had any difficulties finding the room.

The room cost more than 600 yuan, and the front desk said there was a free garage when booking, and it was only after parking more than 10 cars that the reservation was made. On the day of check-in, the male waiter just said there was, and the female waiter next to him turned her face and said no! They directly said that it would cost 100 to rent a small garage, OK, you are awesome, forcing a deal, I rented it, but after parking the car, they said they couldn’t give me the garage key! They also said that when there are few people at the front desk, don’t ask them to open the garage door, what a joke? ! I rented a separate garage with only me as my car, but if you don’t give me the key, when can I drive the car away and it depends on your mood? ? It’s a habit, it’s really a waste of money
