The location is excellent, within a 10-minute walk to the Siam shopping district. Transportation is convenient, with easy access to the BTS Skytrain, taxis, and tuk-tuks. The hotel service is good, with staff being enthusiastic and polite, helping with luggage to and from the room. The room facilities are complete, well-lit, clean, and hygienic. A minor drawback is that the side window cannot be opened, making it a sealed window. Also, I requested a high-floor room and specifically noted it during booking, but I'm unsure if, as rumored online, Chinese guests are always given lower floors, or if there genuinely weren't any high floors available that day (which seems unlikely). I hope this can be improved. Overall, it's a good choice for a hotel in Bangkok.

The hotel is good, a bit dated, but the facilities are excellent. We were upgraded to a suite, and the TV channels were abundant. Having a washing machine was very convenient. The breakfast wasn't great, and the staff weren't very good either; they didn't clear plates promptly and lacked service awareness. The location is nice, quiet yet central. It's part of the same chain as the Grande in Pattaya, and this series of hotels is generally very good. I'll try another one next time.

- If you use ride-hailing apps for transportation, this hotel is totally fine. However, if you plan to rely on the skytrain (BTS), you should think twice as it's about an 8-minute walk away. - Big C is neither too close nor too far, about a 10-minute walk. - There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, making it very convenient to grab supplies. They ran out of toasties a few times when I walked past at night, but they were fully restocked by the afternoon. - Room service food is just okay, neither good nor bad. - Personally, I think the worst part is that the shampoo and conditioner bottles are way too small. When they get down to about a third left, housekeeping won't replace them with new ones. Even when I left a note specifically asking for two extra bottles of each, they still wouldn't give them to us. I had to call every time, which was really a hassle!

Since I had an early flight, I went to the front desk around 8:30 AM to drop off my luggage. They were very accommodating and told me they would prepare my room early and asked me to come back at 10 AM. Thank you very much! All the staff members were great; they greeted me every time we crossed paths. The room also had a washing machine, and there was even a single-use detergent packet, which was very helpful. The hotel is close to the station, about a 10-minute walk, but there are other hotels like Grand Hyatt and Waldorf around, so there's no shortcut, which made it feel a bit far for me 🥲. It's about a 15-minute walk from Big C and CentralWorld. It's also conveniently located for two BTS lines, so I recommend it!

Conveniently located within walking distance to Central World and Big C. The room was on a high floor, offering a great view. They provide a generous supply of complimentary water, snacks, and drinks daily.

We booked a family suite, and the environment and views were both great. It's close to everything, and getting a taxi is super convenient! The service quality was also good. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs for easy shopping, and all the nearby restaurants are close by. The kids had a blast too!

The location is very convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk from the Erawan Shrine. The room is also spacious.
