XingLong Lakeside Hotel

The check-in process was smooth. The front desk staff, Linlin and Xiao Liu, were attentive, patient, and prompt in their responses. Overall, I am very satisfied. The location is convenient, with great options for dining and shopping just steps away. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and hygienic, and most importantly, it was quiet. The layout was upscale without being pretentious, and the staff were very warm and attentive. 👍👍

The hotel's location is convenient, and the room is tidy. Jiajia and Linlin provided exceptionally warm service, offering thoughtful greetings and reminders about breakfast times, as well as the locations of the gym and laundry room during check-in, which made me feel very much at home. I must especially commend the internet; it was incredibly stable, with no disconnections even when connecting both my phone and laptop simultaneously, making it smooth for both work and entertainment. Five-star rating, highly recommended!

The hotel was pretty good, the rooms were very clean, and there was a gym. JOJO and Yangyang were very welcoming, thumbs up 👍🏻 five-star review, definitely extending my stay!

We booked two double rooms for our trip. JOJO was very welcoming and provided excellent service, even upgrading our room. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive. Xinglong Lake is right below, and the environment was very pleasant for an evening stroll. They even gave us some drink vouchers, which we could use at the lobby bar after our walk.

The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, a smart toilet—very high-end and convenient. Showering was comfortable, and the toiletries were thoughtfully provided. I had a great rest. Jojo at the front desk was also very helpful, assisting with a room upgrade. A highly recommended hotel.

The room is large, the facilities are new, it is very quiet at night, and the breakfast is also very good. Especially the hotel robot, the children like it very much, it is recommended to stay!
