We chose this hotel based on the pictures, which made it look immaculate. However, when we arrived at our assigned apartment, we found the floors worn out, the table looked melted, and the single beds had soft, small mattresses. The breakfast was meager! I complained at the front desk, and they told me these were just 'minor details.' Minor details that we paid good money for, expecting decent conditions! What a disappointment.

Found hair from other guests, floors were dirty, bed sheets were old and rough, things in the room were broken, lacked minimal amenities, breakfast lacked options, and the manager was rude. overall just not a good experience.

Very close to the subway station, but the surrounding area is a bit sketchy. The room isn't in the main hotel building; it's a studio apartment in a separate residential building. Breakfast was terrible, and they even charged for eggs.

there were no hair dryers in the bathroom, no eggs included in the breakfast you have to pay extra, no ham and no cheese only cakes. I had to ask them to change my cup of tea cause the cleaning service didn't change it. The best service I had was the young lady at the bar, her name is Marlene and she was the Best!

This hotel has way too many rooms; you could practically live there waiting for the elevator. The price-to-quality ratio is completely off.

The only thing we didn't like was that they ask for a credit card upon check-in as a security deposit in case anything happens. They don't mention this when you book, even if you've already paid.

A very pleasant stay of one night with a budget breakfast which was enjoyable. Reception sta ff very helpful in arranging transport w hen the pre booked ride did not turn up.
