I stayed here for two days initially, and the room during that time was comfortable with no issues. However, when I extended my stay and moved to another room, I experienced several serious problems.
The lights in the room were not working, so I had to stay in the dark the entire time. I even had to take a shower in complete darkness. Eventually, the air conditioner also stopped working, and I had to endure the heat.
I contacted the host, but the response was very slow. I finally received a call right before check-out, but nothing was resolved. It seems the host was not nearby, which may explain the delayed response. A staff member only came to the room just before check-out and said they would fix the electricity, but by then it was already too late for us.
There was no apology, and no offer of compensation or refund. I understand that issues can happen, but I believe there are ways to properly handle such situations. Unfortunately, their response was not professional in terms of hospitality.
I am very disappointed with this experience. I hope they improve their service so that other guests do not have to go through the same situation.
