Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre

This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Chinatown. The bathroom is a bit small, but if you don't mind that, it's the best value for money you'll find.

To the team: A massive thank you to Amelia and Atikah on the front desk. Both helped me at seperate times with different issues. Both issues rectified and all done with kindness and knowledge of the Mercure product. 10/10 customer service. Both are major assets to the Mercure brand & the A Grade level of Singaporean Hospitality. Thank you! To future guests: each room has built in worldwide travel adaptors/wall plugs - no need for international adaptors or if you forget yours, all your charging requirements will still be met. Five built in worldwide wall adapters in a standard room as well as an additional three type A USB chargers. Wifi is fast and free. Rooms have built in water filtration systems so you can drink straight from the second smaller tap. Fridges in rooms are not stocked so you can fill it yourself. Aircon works a charm. Filtered water systems and ice machines are located around the property also. Pool gets all day sun and is not overshadowed by other skyscrapers. A little Ipm adjustment is required from one pool lounge to another. Pool towels provided. New build hotel and feels exactly that - new. Location is incredible.

The room is very small but location is the best. It located at the center of China town and surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants. The room is not clean, i still see hairs and dust. However, view from the room is very nice.

Staff are very helpful and nice, polite. Hotel restaurant food is quite delicious The location of hotel nearby MTR accessed 5 min utes

I recently stayed at Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre and accidentally left my phone in a taxi. I was incredibly stressed, but thanks to the diligent and kind assistance of Sandra Tay at the front desk, my phone was successfully recovered. Sandra went above and beyond to help me track it down; her professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. I am so grateful for her help and for the warm hospitality I experienced throughout my stay. Thank you, Sandra—I truly appreciate such a wonderful experience!
