Very small room like all other rooms in Singapore but really nice staff. They gave me a free checkin early. Very helpful even help to calculate the time I should leave for the airport the next day. Near China town and can get a lot of food

Stay at here is always the best in terms of location that very nearby to lots of good restaurants, convenient shop at down stair! And they upgraded bigger room for me as well!

I stayed at Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre during my recent trip to Singapore, and overall, I was very happy with my choice. 😊 What I liked most was definitely the location. It’s conveniently located near Chinatown, with easy access to the MRT, restaurants, cafés, and plenty of places to eat nearby. Getting around Singapore from the hotel was very convenient. 🛏️ The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. It wasn’t particularly spacious, but for Singapore, I found the size perfectly fine. Since I spent most of the day outside exploring or working, what mattered most to me was having a clean and comfortable room to come back to at the end of the day. Another thing I really appreciated was how easy and convenient everything felt during my stay. Even when I returned late, there were still plenty of food options nearby, and getting around the city was never complicated. ⭐ Would I stay here again? Definitely yes. If you’re looking for a modern hotel in a great location with convenient transportation, Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre is a great choice. The room may not be huge, but the location and convenience definitely make up for it! 🇸🇬✨

I am extremely happy with the hotel. This is our second time staying in the hotel and we are satisfied because of the hospitality of the staff and the excellent facilities. The pool is large enough for us to swim in laps. The complimentary yoga has been extremely fun, challenging but also rewarding. I have joined both Monday and Wednesday's session and I have to say the instructor on Monday's session (who is also the same instructor when i attended the yoga lesson during my last visit) is enthusiatic in teaching. I really appreciate her dedicated effort in teaching us even though I do not have a lot of prior experience in yoga. There are some minor areas which I wish to feedback on it though. There are some weird smell in the toilet which we suspect is coming from the drainage pipes. The odour is certainly not pleasant though it only occurs every once in a while. Please see whether you can fix it (we stayed in Room 1302). Meanwhile, taking this opportunity, I would like to applaud the hotel for hiring staff with disabilities. We noticed there is a young male staff who seem to have some sort of intellectual disability. He has been super helpful and polite despite his challenges and we are extremely pleased that he is given the opportunity by your hotel to work in the society and integrate with all of us. We hope such initiative can continue to be carried out in the future. Another good thing is definitely the location of the hotel. An underground walkway was built to link up Chinatown and Telok Ayer. Plus, it is of close proximity to Maxwell and Amoy Street Food Center. We are also happy that your hotel provided citrus detox as a drink in the lobby. It could be very refreshing for us especially when the weather is hot out there. We look forward to staying in the hotel in the future:)

My 2nd stay at this Mercure hotel. Because of the locality. Everything was great. I’ve yet to encounter any unhappiness service. Hopefully none.
