This resort truly delivers on relaxation! I slept wonderfully, and the hotel facilities are complete, clean, and the service is warm. The front desk even offers Chinese-speaking staff. The hotel has its own beach which is perfect for photos, and it's super convenient to get to VinWonders Phu Quoc, just a 5-minute taxi ride away.

An incredible number of highlights and amazing value for money! The rooms are very spacious, and a private balcony comes standard. The hotel features its own beach and a kids' pool. The kids' club is an absolute game-changer—the staff are so patient, and they have a rich schedule of activities. The breakfast is also great, and its location makes it very convenient to get to all the surrounding attractions. Plus, there is a free round-trip shuttle bus to the airport.

This trip to Phu Quoc, we mainly stayed at the Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay by IHG in the north. The hotel was built in 2020, so all the facilities are very new, and all the staff are excellent. The hotel is built by the sea. Every day after breakfast, we would go for a walk on the beach 🏝️. Although the sea isn't as clear as in Cebu, we could still find all sorts of seashells 🐚. Our booking included both breakfast and dinner this time. The hotel's dinner buffet had different themes every day. Originally, we thought we'd eat two meals at the hotel and the rest outside, but my daughter never got tired of it. We only went to Phu Quoc Grand World nearby for lunch. On the day we left for the airport, there was a free shuttle bus to drop us off. Overall, it's a great hotel, especially for those who enjoy staying in and utilizing hotel amenities. Oh, by the way, the hotel's spa is also worth a try; a 90-minute herbal essential oil spa for less than 500 [currency] is incredibly good value.

Fabulous hotel. Well worth the money. Beautiful beach, meticulously maintained grounds, and a huge room. On the downside: no music by the pool or beach, and infrequent shuttle service to Venice.

Perfect for family trips! We arrived in the middle of the night, but the hotel offers 24-hour QR code ordering, so we could still enjoy a delicious late-night meal and some orange juice before having a wonderful night's sleep. The entire property is very large, featuring a private beach, two big swimming pools, and a steady stream of families with kids.

Overall, I really liked the hotel and would gladly return, but there are a few nuances regarding the service that you should be prepared for. Key pros: • Stunning grounds. The hotel is incredibly green and, I would say, very “Instagrammable.” There are lots of palms around the pool, and everything looks insanely beautiful and well-maintained. During our 3-day stay, we constantly saw professional photo shoots taking place here. • Excellent rooms. Our room was large, very clean, and cozy—it was an absolute pleasure to stay in. • Wonderful sea. We got very lucky with the weather and the water: the sea was crystal clear, and this was in October! • Special thanks to Nhi. She was an absolute lifesaver at checkout! We hadn't booked an airport transfer in advance (which you really need to do), but Nhi showed genuine care, acted quickly, and found us available seats on the shuttle. A huge thank you to her for her helpfulness and professionalism! Cons and areas for improvement: • Poolside service. Unfortunately, the service falls short here. When we asked for a menu by the pool, the waiter simply told us to go get it ourselves from the towel counter. To order pizza, we ultimately had to walk over to the restaurant ourselves. Modern hotels have long since been using QR codes on sun loungers for ordering, and this is sorely lacking here. Despite the hiccups with poolside service, thanks to staff members like Nhi, the overall impression remains very warm. I recommend the hotel for its beauty, cleanliness, and great beach!

The breakfast was pretty good with a wide variety of options. The hotel location is nice, quite close to the beach, but the pillows were uncomfortable and there were no other alternatives provided. We were assigned to the 2nd floor where there were quite a few mosquitoes, and the service was just average.

It's a chain hotel, and both the pool and the surrounding environment are quite nice with decent facilities. The only drawbacks were that the AC temperature in our room seemed hard to adjust, and the pool closed a bit too early at 7:00 PM. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory.
