Dreamora Centre Hotel

It's totally most bad experience ever, everything is difference from their promotional pics. The place is run down, dirty, i found the ***** hair of the previous guess on the bed, the lipstick trace on the towel, a lot of mosquitos in the room, the air in the room is stuffy and poorly ventilated, no hotel staff at the reception if you want to contact the hotel's owner you have to call only ( no real human show up trough out your stay). I decide to cancel the room after my first night but the hotel refused to return the money. A pure tourist trap! This is my red flag.

Honestly, for tourists who just need a place to crash, I’d recommend it. The owner is really sweet! But for long-term living, the room is simply too tiny.

We booked 1 night just to sleep, it was clean and quiet and overall good enough, despite the room being on the ground floor right after the "reception" (there is no a receptionist all the time). We booked 2 more nights in 1 day (after the planned tour) and they allowed us to keep some stuff (not valuable) with them, it was convenient. It's close to Hanoi Old Quarter, but not exactly within it, so we had to walk around 8 minutes or take 5-minute taxi to be picked up for our tours (was not a big problem). There are no amenities, but we didn't need them this time.
