I stayed for a total of 5 days, and here's a breakdown of the pros and cons based on my experience:
Pros:
1. My child accidentally broke a cola bottle, and the staff came to help us clean it up in the middle of the night. Their attitude was very friendly.
2. The location is excellent, very close to Nimman Road One and other attractions.
3. A big shout-out to the front desk staff; they were all very friendly and nice.
4. The hotel is relatively new, so the facilities are decent.
Cons:
1. The bathroom design is absolutely awful. The step up to the shower is very high, making it unfriendly for children, the elderly, or shorter adults. Also, because there's no separate shower area, the water flows all over the bathroom floor when you shower, leaving the entire space wet.
2. The water temperature is completely unacceptable! It's almost always lukewarm or even cold, making it very easy for children to catch a cold.
3. The breakfast is quite basic with very limited options. We ended up eating out every day.
4. The housekeeping staff occasionally forgot to restock our toothbrushes and toothpaste. While we can reuse toothbrushes, running out of toothpaste is an issue... Also, they sometimes didn't take away empty cola bottles left on the floor, and once they even forgot to empty the trash can. Their service is just okay, but their attitude was good.
5. The rooftop bar only serves alcoholic drinks; there are no soft drinks or food available, making it not very good value for money.
