Overall stays were quite nice except for swimming pool is very dirty, they did not clean the swimming pool for long time until the water turned green.

The hotel is located in Nimmanhaemin, very close to Maya Mall and One Nimman. It's tucked away just off the main road, making it very quiet. The hotel looks quite new and all the facilities are clean. The front desk staff are also very nice. I would definitely come back again.

It was alright. We didn't get to experience the pool due to the rain, but that didn't affect the view. The mountain-facing side offers a view, but it's mainly facing the road, with the mountain off to the right. There's a bar downstairs, which can be noisy if you leave the windows open at night. I wouldn't recommend it. But if you close the windows, you lose the fresh air.

The scenery and surroundings are great, no complaints there. The key is the fantastic location right next to Nimman Road, very close to One Nimman, and Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center is also nearby. You can easily walk or take a taxi to get around.

I was impressed with the service and friendliness of all the staff at the hotel, especially with the warm welcome and hospitality provided by the front desk receptionists, and the restaurant staff/bartender at the restaurant/bar on the 7th floor. Their kindness, politeness, and service-oriented attitude made me enjoy my stay. In addition, the beautiful swimming pool with breathtaking views on the 7th floor was very precious. I swam there twice and truly had a heavenly experience. Once, I saw an airplane fly over our hotel in the gorgeous sky, and that was very unique! The night views, the food and my dining experience at the rooftop bar were very pleasant and enjoyable. My deluxe room was perfect, very cosy, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The cable channels were varied, and I got to watch many interesting movies. I hope to get a chance to return to the hotel in the future.

When I entered the room, the bathroom had a strange smell, and the pillows reeked of sweat, as if they hadn't been washed. Even though the staff changed them, the smell was still very strong! The pool water was incredibly dirty, even green! I don't know how long it's been since they changed it! Not recommended.
