Me and my friend arrived at around 6pm for check in, the lady at the front desk telling us theres only 1 room left and which is at the back of the hotel and the noise would be a bit loud at night since it’s close to the night club and it’s weekend. We were shocked and didn’t expect this happen, and the lady said there’s a suite that we can upgrade and we went up to see if the room suit us , cause we’ve booked a 2 beds room and suite only have 1 bed. The suite was actually same size as our room just the bathroom got an extra bath tube with it, we were asking if we need to pay for the upgrade since we need a good rest after a long day, the lady said we need to pay for 35USD extra for upgrade. Wth! And we look shocked,and thinking what to do. Then the lady said WE CAN REFUND AND YOU CAN GO FIND OTHER HOTEL. (With the worst attitude!!) we’re not trying to bargain for any extra, we just need a comfort room for rest, we don’t want to pay extra so we accepted the original room, since it’s late to find another hotel. When we try to settle in the room, we found house keeping left the cleaning towel in the sink, we don’t usually check the hygiene of the room, and we started to check the linen, we found brown and red stain on it, which is really disgusting, we call for clean again , then the lady’s with bad attitude offer us free upgrade to the suite. Even though this hotel offer us an free accomodation for next time, I will never stay again! Worst service! Bad attitude! Terrible hygiene! Besides, even we stay in the suite, we can still hear the bass humping in the room, can’t imagine what if we stay in the original room.
Besides, even though we stayed in the suite, the cover of the bin is broken, the electric kettle cover also broken, the drain of the shower was stack, water won’t go off at all, and the threshold couldn’t fully block the water, everything seems wrong in the hotel! Such a terrible experience!!
