The location is the best, and the service is so nice we could leave our luggages for a long time, the bathroom is spacious and the bed is very very big.

The hotel was very welcoming, even at a late hour! We arrived an hour and a half late due to our bus, and the security guard was there to greet us with a big smile! The beds, bathrooms, and toilets are very clean!

Dorm is at the top floor and under sunshine all day long. Therefore it is VERY WARM and the heat only subside after midnight. They air-conditioning was weak and made the early part of the night very uncomfortable 🥵😖

The location was great, right in the heart of the old quarter. The room was street facing but quiet at night which was great. We were able to go to the weekend market and walk to the lake in less than 5 minutes. Our manager Tu was amazing, he booked us on a tour and was able to give us great recommendations for food spots. He helped us book our bus out of Ha Noi and our accommodation in Da Nang. He also does magic tricks! A great place to stay.

Although it might be warm on the top bunk, I could sleep very well. And it is very affordable
