The room was very clean, and the facilities were a bit basic, but the hotel is a standalone building, so the environment is quite good. Plus, the surrounding area has a lively, local vibe, and it's not too far from the subway station. The only downside is that the hotel's laundry room gets a lot of use, so it's practically impossible to get a turn in the evening. Also, perhaps because of the hotel's parent company, there are many foreigners staying here, but it's not overly noisy. Breakfast was also okay, with a decent variety of good food. Overall, I recommend it!

The room facilities are complete, and the hygiene is good. It's close to the subway station, and the service is attentive.

This is my third stay here. The location is great, within 1500 meters of Tianfu Square, Chunxi Road, and Wenshu Monastery! The service is excellent, and Comrade Xiao Gan at the front desk is both beautiful and kind! Many thanks!

My overall stay exceeded expectations! The room was meticulously cleaned, with all the tricky spots taken care of. The bathroom had stable water pressure and quick hot water. The soundproofing was good, so it was very quiet at night. The staff were polite and patient, and responded promptly to any requests. Getting around and finding food nearby was very convenient, and the facilities were comprehensive. Definitely recommended.

It's an older hotel, but I chose it because I'm a member. The location is decent; we mostly took taxis when we went out so I didn't check how close it was to the subway. The overall environment and service were still good, though the hotel is a bit old. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices.

The little robot delivering takeaways was a big hit with the kids. The room environment was quite good. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service from the ladies was excellent. Especially the lady at the breakfast restaurant, who quickly noticed a customer had left something behind and brought it out to them.

The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and provided excellent service, especially Xiao Gan and Xiao Lü at the front desk. They were fantastic and even helped us store our luggage. Full marks, I'll definitely come back here next time I'm in Chengdu!
