Excellent hotel for business trips (9/10)! The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, perched on a small hill surrounded by ponds. I particularly enjoyed the gym on the 8th floor and the large pool area. Working out there, with views of the water and forest, made exercising feel effortless. The French Grill on the first floor is also of very high standard!

The service was excellent, even better than what I've experienced at the same brand domestically. The breakfast offered a wide variety, and the Vietnamese section was incredibly authentic; every dish was satisfying. Staying at this hotel felt like a true vacation – the environment was quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing during the ***** New Year. The gym was well-equipped with a great view, which really boosted my mood while working out. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed my stay at the JW Marriott Hanoi. Check in Staff was very helpful and ensure all my needs are met. Gym and Sauna facilities are fantastic Good spread of Breakfast. After breakfast, i skipped lunch and dinner.

I went with Family and still we were able to enjoy the hotel. It is located far from OldQuarter but convenient located to business area. I will get back to JW anytime I got to Hanoi. Nice staff service and great breakfast
