Everything about my stay was excellent, from the convenient location and comfortable accommodation to the cleanliness of the rooms and the outstanding hospitality. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations and made my vacation even more enjoyable and memorable. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its fantastic location. It is conveniently situated near Grand World Phu Quoc, one of the island's most popular tourist attractions. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for sightseeing, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Whether you want to explore the beautiful attractions, enjoy the lively atmosphere, take photographs, or simply relax and experience the local surroundings, everything is easily accessible. The excellent location makes traveling around the area very convenient and helps save both time and transportation costs. The cleanliness of the hotel was another impressive highlight. My room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The accommodation provided a pleasant and relaxing environment, which was exactly what I needed after spending the day exploring Phu Quoc. Very clean hotel. Walking distance to grand world but the breakfast is non halal. In the morning u cn hear construction sound so loud. But overall nice sta

Room is clean and staff was soo much helpful and they guide you also and also help in buy tickets or booking tour packages

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Please avoid this hotel at all costs. First room had cockroaches. We asked to change rooms. Second room was worse - the toilet was clogged and would not flush at all, and the shower drain was clogged and flooded [see photo]. On top of that, renovation/construction noise started at 7:30 AM, so we couldn't sleep at all.

This Hotel is amazing , The receptionist was also very accommodating and good in nature.

The hotel’s location was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, there were a few areas that need improvement. The washroom had an unpleasant smell that affected our vacation experience, and the lobby also had a noticeable odor. After housekeeping cleaned the room each day, the same smell would linger, so it may be related to the cleaning products being used. The breakfast was simple, which was fine, but the menu was exactly the same for all three days. I also noticed flies around the food and had to ask the staff to switch on the fan. In addition, the dining chairs did not appear to be properly cleaned or wiped before guests were seated. I would recommend using a more pleasant room fragrance in both the lobby and guest rooms, improving cleanliness in the dining area, offering a different breakfast menu each day, and ensuring the food is served hot. These improvements would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

This hotel is very clean and nice. Breakfast also very delicious, especially the Pho. The staff service was excellent, we reached early than our check in time and she’s trying her best and gives us the available room.

The location has nothing to complain, it is very close to Teddy bear museum and a short walk to Grand World center with many food stall around. The counter and service staffs are friendly and helpful, they try their best to help even though they don’t really understand our language. Overall, it is a nice and heart warming place to stay.

Near the Main Street and easy to take grab. Safe at night even no people around as the street is closed to the water taxi but at the back of the museum of teddy bear …. Good deal and clean … nice cafes nearby too and good view of the rivers
