The reception staff are very welcoming, always friendly and helpful, especially Tran 🙂 🫶🏻 The room (701) was a good size, comfy bed, everything clean, great shower, cold aircon and very peaceful and quiet... until the people upstairs flush the toilet, have a shower or use the sink. The plumbing comes down the corner of the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom, and it is very loud!! I was woken up a few times at night by toilet flushes. Sounds like a mini avalanche, I had no idea what was happening the first time and it freaked me out 😅 When leaving the room. All power goes off, which is totally normal, but the fridge doesn't get below 20° even when the power is on, so if you want a cold drink when you return, you'll have to buy one on the way. Luckily, there are many little shopping marts super close by, so it's not a big effort. Wifi can be a bit painful, drops out often. The bed is very comfortable and clean, a bit on the noisy side, but if you opt for the chair, you'll see stains from people who came before you.... All in all, I had a great stay! Breakfast wasn't as bad as people make it out to be, check it out and if it's not for you, there's plenty of other places close by. Location is great! Only one block back from the beach, which you might think is annoying at first, but once you experience the beach at night with all that music pumping, you'll be glad for the distance. I walked most places but for anything further, Grab was easy.

The location is close to the beach and surrounded by many convenience stores. There were two reception staff members, and they were polite and helpful. However, the air conditioning in all three rooms we stayed in was very warm and not working properly. Overall, the hotel was not bad, but it was not impressive enough for us to return again.

I like the location and staff. They were professional and kind. The rooms were clean, comfortable and I love the bathtub. I'll definitely come back again. 🌸🌷

I can say this is maybe the best hotel I have stayed in in Da Nang. Everything is clean, room is cleaned every day, and fresh towels are provided, and also water. Breakfast is rather similar every day, but good, you can chose something for yourself. The staff is friendly and helpful with good English. My shower was leaking, and I told it to receptionist, and they replaced it immediately. I recommend this hotel.

The overall stay was convenient and the staff were all accommodating and helpful during our stay. The only downside was the pool (very cute) and gym amenities (unoperational) reflected in the system during the booking. Supposed to access their gym only to find out that the gym is not operational. Could have been updated in the system to meet costumers full satisfaction. On the other hand, the food services were good and there was a variation in the menu.

This hotel is good, best breakfast, we stay two month t In this hotel two years ago and now we are back again and we can see the service very much improvement from the last we stay. Recommended hotel if you visit this city, very close to the beach, and beautiful location .
