The reception staff are very welcoming, always friendly and helpful, especially Tran 🙂 🫶🏻 The room (701) was a good size, comfy bed, everything clean, great shower, cold aircon and very peaceful and quiet... until the people upstairs flush the toilet, have a shower or use the sink. The plumbing comes down the corner of the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom, and it is very loud!! I was woken up a few times at night by toilet flushes. Sounds like a mini avalanche, I had no idea what was happening the first time and it freaked me out 😅 When leaving the room. All power goes off, which is totally normal, but the fridge doesn't get below 20° even when the power is on, so if you want a cold drink when you return, you'll have to buy one on the way. Luckily, there are many little shopping marts super close by, so it's not a big effort. Wifi can be a bit painful, drops out often. The bed is very comfortable and clean, a bit on the noisy side, but if you opt for the chair, you'll see stains from people who came before you.... All in all, I had a great stay! Breakfast wasn't as bad as people make it out to be, check it out and if it's not for you, there's plenty of other places close by. Location is great! Only one block back from the beach, which you might think is annoying at first, but once you experience the beach at night with all that music pumping, you'll be glad for the distance. I walked most places but for anything further, Grab was easy.

Overall, the hotel left mixed impressions. The biggest advantages are its convenient location just a short walk from the beach, affordable price, and included breakfast. We stayed on the 7th floor and were lucky to get a room with a partial sea view. The bathroom, bed linen, and towels were clean, and the room itself felt relatively new. The reception staff were also very friendly, polite, and always willing to help. However, there are several downsides. Breakfast is average at best—there is enough variety, but most of the food isn’t very tasty. The floors in the rooms are rarely, if ever, mopped, so sand constantly remains on the floor and easily ends up in your shoes and even in the bed. The Wi-Fi is very poor and often unreliable. The windows offer great views, but they are dirty and covered with streaks. The gym looks more like a storage room and feels abandoned. The bed and wardrobe are also very squeaky. Overall, it feels like the hotel is running without proper management. It seems the owner or manager no longer pays much attention to the property, and the staff work with very little supervision. With better management and attention to detail, this hotel could be much better.

Very loud and light room. Curtains are see through so hard to get any sleep after sunrise especially. Room layout was great but there were some stains on the bedding. It didn’t have that very fresh clean hotel feeling. Great location, near the beach.

The breakfast is taste good and clean. The service is good too. And very convenient and near to the beach.

The location is close to the beach and surrounded by many convenience stores. There were two reception staff members, and they were polite and helpful. However, the air conditioning in all three rooms we stayed in was very warm and not working properly. Overall, the hotel was not bad, but it was not impressive enough for us to return again.
