DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur

Had to wait a bit to check in, even though there weren't many people. They offered cookies and fruit (but some of the fruit was moldy). The air conditioning was very noisy. The Type-C outlet was very convenient.

Facilities: Although the hotel is 10 years old, it's still quite convenient and comfortable. Service: The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Environment: Located on the second floor of a shopping mall, check-in and check-out were very convenient, and communicating in Chinese was also fine.

Fantastic, exceeded expectations! Great location, excellent service. I mentioned it was my birthday on the day of check-in, and they even decorated the room and provided a complimentary cake. A very satisfying stay!

The hotel's location and convenience are quite good. However, I specifically requested a quiet room when booking, but was given one that connects to the next room with a door, offering absolutely no soundproofing. The family of four next door chatted all night, and consequently, I didn't get any sleep. When I brought it up with the front desk, all they did was call the room next door, which had no effect whatsoever. Doesn't the hotel know that these types of rooms have soundproofing issues?

Great stay overall! The room was clean, and the kids loved the pool. The location is excellent too, within walking distance to the Petronas Towers, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, there's a mall right downstairs, which is very convenient.

The location is incredibly convenient, right in the city center. Getting a taxi anywhere is easy, and it's only about 4km from the Petronas Towers. It's also very convenient to get to Batu Caves. This place offers excellent value for money. The hotel is located in Intermark Mall, so you have a shopping mall downstairs with plenty of options for shopping and dining, including fast food like KFC and McDonald's. There are also Chinese restaurants available, and most staff can communicate in Chinese. For getting around, I'd recommend using Grab for good value.

The room facilities are a bit dated, but the location is convenient and the service is excellent. They even offered snacks during check-in, and the front desk staff helped with my luggage. Drinking water was provided in the room, and the breakfast was plentiful. Overall, it was a good stay.

Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur was very good. I was quite pleased with the room, and the service was excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I was also very satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.
