We stayed at the Hilton again on our way back because the service is exceptional. Even though Wu Chao, the front desk manager, was on vacation, he still thoughtfully arranged an early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade for us! When he offered the upgrade, I specifically asked if it was a room at the end of the corridor, as I wouldn't want it, no matter how luxurious.
