Hilton Beijing Capital Airport

The service from Xiao Min at the front desk was exceptionally good. I'm a returning customer, and every time I visit, she's as enthusiastic as ever.

I was very satisfied. My stay was quite short, so I didn't have any major complaints. The concierge was great; they helped me receive my takeout late at night. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety of food. Plus, the shuttle bus to the airport was convenient.

Front desk staff member WangNoya was incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was very efficient, and they patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions with a friendly demeanor. It was a fantastic experience, definitely worth a thumbs up! The hotel offers a fast-track airport security service, but we didn't use it as we were on an international flight.

Arrived at T2 in the middle of the night. The airport shuttle runs every half hour, and I managed to catch the 1:00 AM bus. The driver and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and everything was clean. I took the shuttle back to the airport for my flight the next evening. This place is perfect for a layover!

I missed my flight and had to rebook for the next day, so I looked for a hotel near the airport. Luckily, there was a Hilton available, so I booked it. It was pretty standard, given how long it's been around, it's impressive it's still in this condition. Overall, I was satisfied. My flight the next day was early, so the shuttle service was a great bonus.

Excellent room, clean and tidy, with a great breakfast spread. It's a very good business hotel with a convenient location close to the airport, and they offer airport shuttle service.

I stayed at the Hilton Beijing Capital Airport for a layover, and my experience was fantastic. It's right next to Terminal 3, and they offer a free 24-hour shuttle service to and from T2 and T3, with frequent departures, making early morning flights stress-free. The room was spacious, and the double-pane soundproof windows effectively blocked out airplane noise. The mattress was soft and comfortable, and I could watch planes take off and land from the floor-to-ceiling window. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local Beijing specialties. The hotel also has a heated swimming pool and a branded gym, which were great for relaxing and recharging. The front desk service was attentive and efficient, and they were very helpful with luggage. It's definitely my top choice for business travelers and layovers. I'll be staying here again next time I'm in Beijing.

The breakfast wasn't great, especially the noodles – they were truly awful. They seemed to be pre-cooked and then just reheated when ordered, instead of being cooked fresh, even though there weren't many guests and the chefs seemed to have a lot of downtime. The room facilities are old and inconvenient. The faucet only dispenses lukewarm water; I couldn't get hot or cold water no matter how I adjusted it. The temperature dial on the shower is completely worn off, so it's impossible to tell the temperature, and you just have to feel your way around it. The linens and towels felt like they'd seen better days, worn thin and without much fluff left. The room has high ceilings, but the lighting is dim. The reading lamp is too loose to hold its position. Perhaps it's just a functional hotel near the airport, so these issues aren't their top priority. The only positives were the efficient front desk staff and the very good service from the hotel shuttle driver.

A perfect stay, absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely be back next time. Hilton truly lives up to its name – the 24-hour shuttle is incredibly convenient, and the service is thorough and warm. It's just a five-minute ride from Airport T3 to the hotel, making it super easy for catching flights.
