Lulu called ahead to inform us about the shuttle schedule and even arranged our rooms next to each other, making it so convenient for our whole family to look after each other. The next day, my parents couldn't find their ID cards. Lulu proactively helped us contact the housekeeping staff to search for them and reminded everyone to keep an eye out.
