For 4 star hotel, this hotel fall short of expectations. When checking in, there was no smile on Shang Ni when we told her we didn’t have passport with us as we are singaporeans. Never was I asked to check in with passport for a Singapore hotel. Providing her IC and screenshot of my kids birth certificate should be able to check in but she was so uncomfortable keying in the information. I don’t understand why we didn’t felt welcome at the start due to her attitude. For a hotel which want to embrace a more automated system, there were so many flaws to the system like asking for amenities could have been explained at front desk to mentioned is a self service system. For requesting extra bed, I have to go down to the desk to make payment and request for one. The chat bot is under beta which doesn’t answer to my question. When we stepped in, the room floor was very dusty and the toilet is very worn out. The room was supposed to be refurbished but only the bedroom was more updated. The toilet is still the old style with a rusty shower head. The extra bed we requested is so old and torn. Luckily we are only here for one night. Service at breakfast area are also very messy, once we registered our room with front desk, we were just asked to find our seats ourselves and the restaurant is full 😅 i know is a buffet but shouldn’t there be a basic service of ushering to a table available. I have never been to a restaurant who asked their guests to find their own table, this is not a hawker centre. Food was also basic which I can understand for the affordable price. I doubt I will be back anymore because I believe there are better hotels than this.

It's all wonderful experience always been in this hotel and making us feeling homely we always traveling this hotel since many years and I'm really feeling comfortable while doing the businesses traveling living hospitality wonderful real

I had been here several times, staying at both wings. I like the pool. This time, like the previous time..the wifi wasn’t working well but this time, it has caused some “major” issues and inconvenience! I can’t be reached for hours! I called reception for help and eventually they sent staff to my room to settle the issue for me! Thankful and grateful for that. All the rest are good for a short stay.

The hotel is in a good location. Close to the MRT, the Tiong Bahua area and a short walk to China Town area, The room itself looked old. WiFi service was terrible, We were there for a 3 nights stay and that our room wasn't made up. No Bottel water provided , there have tap water safe to drink.
