The balcony leaks, and the air conditioner drain on the balcony drips. The exhaust fan is a bit weak. Ice buckets are available for just $10. All the staff are polite and smiling, and the breakfast is delicious with many options.

We stayed here for one night during our five-day trip. The pool is huge, but it's a pity we didn't get to swim—it rained both days, which really put a damper on our mood. The fireworks at Sunset Town were amazing, though! Breakfast was also very delicious.

The room is excellent, with everything you need. We came here for a birthday and asked for a good view. We got a room on the 9th floor with a partial sea view. They also prepared a set of amenities and brought a cake to the room. The staff is friendly and helpful; they answered and explained all our questions, even those unrelated to the hotel. There's a free shuttle bus to the cable car, which you can use for round trips every day. The beach is beautiful and clean, clearly well-maintained. The entry into the water is gradual, so it's safe for children. The only thing is I wish the toilet on the beach was more convenient, but it's good that there's one nearby at all! There's a grocery store and many cafes near the hotel, which is very convenient if you only booked breakfast. Overall, the price and quality are good, and we would definitely come back again.

Great and very safe hotel with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and massage parlors right across the street. It's just a 3-minute walk to the JW Marriott, and they share the same beach. The only downside was that some of the pools were closed. Breakfast offered a great variety.

Uncomfortable room. There's an extractor hood, but no stove. Weak water pressure in the shower. The door closer didn't shut the door properly. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The pool area was under renovation.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days in October 2026. Overall, we were quite satisfied. Upon arrival, we asked for a higher-floor room, but our request was denied, even though rooms were available. The biggest selling point of the hotel is its location and beach. The grounds are large and well-maintained, with several swimming pools. Breakfast was average. Housekeeping was very mediocre. A current downside is the renovation work going on in several of the pools. Also, a minor grievance: it was my husband's birthday on the day of our departure, and the hotel didn't acknowledge it in any way. A small thing, but a bit unpleasant. All in all, a solid 4-star hotel.

The hotel is stunning and the staff provide excellent service. The buffet breakfast is quite extensive, and there is also an on-site spa—a bit pricey, but worth a try. Step right outside the hotel and you'll find a small street filled with various delicious foods, making it very convenient.

The breakfast was quite rich, and there are many swimming pools. Walking along the pools leads to a beautiful white sand beach. Lounging on the beach chairs is so relaxing and really gives you that vacation vibe. The hotel even included free tickets to the Ocean Kiss Show—such an amazing deal!

Everything was perfect! They gave us a special rate to upgrade to all-inclusive. Highly recommended!
