Vinpearl Resort & Spa Nha Trang Bay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel The location is excellent with a beautiful beach right in front of the property making it perfect for relaxation and enjoying the sea view. The staff provided outstanding service they were friendly attentive and always ready to help. The breakfast was another highlight offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable beachfront stay.

Really nice stay, great location and good facilities. Showers could perhaps be upgraded but other than that awesome hotel.

Our stay at the Vinpearl Resort in Nha Trang was a true tropical dream! It was the perfect escape for relaxation and fun. The resort boasts beautiful, well-maintained grounds and access to a pristine private beach, which was absolutely breathtaking. The pools were fantastic and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The variety of amenities and dining options made the holiday seamless. We left feeling completely refreshed and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a top-notch beach vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

Good place for resting

We had a great stay at this hotel. The food is delicious (special thanks to the chef). I have experience staying in more than 150 hotels of different levels in various countries. This includes about 30 hotels in Hong Kong. I can tell you my comments: Smoking should be prohibited near the pools and near the sun loungers on the beach; Glassware should be prohibited near the pools, as I saw a guest break a bottle near the children's pool, and the next day, a child cut their leg in the same place; People in swimsuits and mesh beach dresses should not be allowed in the restaurant; Room cleaners should be more attentive (they once forgot to put a pillowcase and did not consider that there were not two people in the room, but a family, which meant that more towels were needed).

Many problems with service, very difficult to find sunbeds. Hotel not providing beach towels for the rooms with pool. You need to go and bring yourself. Feeling you like in Russia. 95% of guests from Russia. We had beach front villa with sunbeds in Beach. Everyday we was fight with another persons who occupied our sunbeds.

We stayed villa 6914 and it was really isolated to main facilities but which wasn’t bad. During the stay it was really nice and calm with great view to city over the sea and wheels of vin wonders. + No mosquitoes!! Everything was fine but couch on the living room need attention. Kids loved playing there but cushions not really remaining. And service qualities have big gap between great greeting at reception hall but I can tell staffs working in the islanddidn’t look happy(except reception staffs). Overall it was memorable stay. All family love this accommodation.
