Wyndham Grand Phu Quoc

Very modern hotel , clean and had great staff!! When I needed medication the hotel staff gave me a free private buggy ride to a modern hospital that was very close. The buggy driver waited for me. I was in and out in 10min with my ***** in hand. In Australia the same process would have taken half a day and cost an arm and a leg!!

Good experience, hotel location is good, nearby the Grand World and breach, the breach is nice and swimmable, un-expected covered tennis court and free in charge, the swimming pool is good and the water slide is exciting.

We had a fantastic stay here in a 3 bedroom villa. Our room was lovely and clean, the private pool was beautiful. They have a daily foam party at 4pm which our younger kids absolutely enjoyed. Was easy to get a buggy from our villa to the lobby and to the beach, it comes within a few minutes. The breakfast spread was pretty good too. It is a bit further out to the main area for us having kids but we called a tuktuk to get there. Having it's own airport shuttle made everything easy for when we had to leave. Would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel was a large resort with shops, a ******, and other amenities like a kids' club. The breakfast was good and had changes for some of the dishes. Overall great for these general areas. The pool was nice, but the water slide is actually dangerous. My father cut his elbows, knees, and feet on the water slide. It isn't smooth and can easily cause injuries. I was surprised by the design and how you can become airborne while sliding. The gym was alright, but they didn't turn on the AC, only an oscillating fan. The spa was nice, and the massage was good. Access to the beach was also very good, but getting a drink or something to eat took a very long time. The food service at the pool also took an hour and a half just to get a pizza. The staff was nice and friendly but just like other experiences I've had in Vietnam, the attitude and personality of the staff is great, but is lacking in the execution.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff! ✨ The whole place is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️

The view from the room is very amazing and the beach is very clean and relaxing
