Nice hotel, good views, great breakfast, friendly staff, kitsch decor, central location, fast lift, only problem really was I had a shower a bit later on my 2nd day and it was harder to get hot water to come out.

The location is unbeatable; it's super convenient to walk or take the subway to all the attractions. I especially loved the unique restaurants nearby – I could eat there for days without getting tired of them. The seaside is very peaceful, perfect for a relaxing vacation or checking off your travel list.

The room itself was not bad. The breakfast was not great. Same thing and not super fresh. Parking was a pain. Only 4 spots in front of the hotel. Had to shuffle cars often and leave keys at front desk. The male younger night staff was very rude, but the day female staff were very friendly and nice. Location was good to walk around and see the city. We asked for a no-smoking room but there was smoke smell in the hall and it came into our room.

It wasn't a big deal for us. The location is good for Izmir, but we didn't like the city itself; it was dirty and disorganized. However, if you have to visit, this is a good hotel. A tip for those looking to relax: Çeşme is an hour's drive away by car, and it's simply lovely – the beaches, the sea, the streets, the atmosphere – everything is wonderful.
