Highly recommend staying here! The front desk lady was very attentive and welcoming. The environment is elegant and peaceful, and it wasn't crowded. Housekeeping did a wonderful job, and the buffet was extensive with excellent service. On our last day, they even arranged a dedicated minivan just for the two of us to the airport, which we truly appreciate.

Round-trip airport transfer service arranged according to guest itinerary. Facilities: Quite comprehensive, has everything you need. Hygiene: Daily cleaning service, and they even asked if we needed pest control. Environment: Right by the sea, with its own beach, but it's quite steep. Service: Decent, quite polite, and a good variety of breakfast options.

This is a great resort, right by the beach with private villas. They offer free airport transfers, and the service is excellent. The pool is right on the ocean, and its central location in Phu Quoc makes it convenient to get to both the north and south parts of the island without having to switch hotels.

Came here on a friend's recommendation, and it was a complete surprise! Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, polite, and gentle. The resort itself is fully equipped with everything you could need – restaurants, pools, and a private beach. I'd pre-booked the airport pick-up service, and after checking in, the staff even proactively asked about my return flight to arrange the drop-off. I highly recommend booking a sea-view villa! They are super comfortable, and you step out right into a beautiful view. It's perfect for just relaxing and doing nothing. I had such a wonderful stay! The location is also a big plus, right in the middle of Phu Quoc, with lots of great food options nearby – we just randomly picked places and didn't have a single bad experience! Taxis are also readily available, and getting to the airport is very quick.

An old-school resort that's decent. The rooms are much better than Ocean Bay, and there aren't any small critters.

This is still the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at on Phu Quoc. They have staff who speak Chinese and offer pick-up/drop-off services. You can walk right out to the beach, although the sea itself is just okay. Everything else was top-notch, except for a few bugs and geckos, haha.

The hotel service was excellent! It's relatively close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. This is the first time in three hotels on Phu Quoc Island that I've encountered a front desk with a Chinese-speaking staff member, which was a pleasant surprise. We had an 8 AM flight the next morning, and they arranged a shuttle for us at 6:30 AM, which was incredibly convenient. I had originally planned to call a taxi for 6 AM, but that would have been too early for the kids. The room was quite spacious and having a bathtub was a nice bonus. The area around the hotel entrance is relatively bustling, making it very convenient for daily needs.

The breakfast was pretty mediocre, but the outdoor areas were lovely. Overall, the service was very good. The room facilities were a bit dated, but there was a complimentary mini-bar with snacks. The guy at the front desk spoke excellent English and was very charming.

I emailed to book an airport pick-up a day in advance and got a quick reply (I'd tried 3 days before and got no response). The pick-up driver seemed to be a contracted Grab driver, while the drop-off was in the hotel's own vehicle, which was in excellent condition and frequently washed. The hotel is small but exquisite. I encountered Koreans, Westerners, and Chinese guests, but overall it was never crowded. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the omelets were delicious, and it was a welcome change from the crowded, queuing breakfast experiences at hotels in Sanya. The hotel's garden view is perfect for relaxation. Because there are fewer people, I could often enjoy the pool and beach loungers all to myself. Healing Spa is diagonally opposite, and Long Beach Mart and McDonald's are about a fifteen-minute walk away, or a 5-minute taxi ride costing around 30k VND.
