This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the heart of Bangkok's busiest and most central area, with the lobby directly connected to the ASOK BTS skywalk, so you don't have to worry about bad weather. The subway station entrance is just a 20-second walk away, which is incredibly convenient. Downstairs, there are massage parlors and local Thai restaurants, and Terminal 21 shopping mall is directly opposite. Whether you're shopping or just browsing, it's exceptionally convenient – you'll never have to worry about finding things to do, eat, or enjoy! The hotel's facilities are extremely well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The room layout is also elegantly designed and very pleasant, with a Japanese flair. All necessary amenities are provided, from toiletries to slippers and bathrobes, all meticulously prepared and fully meeting the standards of a local four-star hotel. The bathroom features a dry-wet separation design, so the entire space doesn't get soaked when you shower, which is a great user experience. The cleanliness of this place is truly impeccable, extremely clean! The bed is also particularly comfortable, and the hot and cold water supply in the bathroom is plentiful, so you don't have to worry about unstable water temperature while showering. The air conditioning system can be independently controlled, allowing you to set it to any temperature you desire, making your stay exceptionally satisfying. Both check-in and check-out procedures were remarkably fast and efficient, beyond a doubt. Furthermore, the hotel staff are exceptionally polite, genuinely warm, and enthusiastic in assisting guests, making you feel highly valued and greatly enhancing the overall stay experience. I spent 3 nights here.

Apart from the great location, the rest was just average. The bedsheets had holes and stains even after three nights, and out of two trash cans, only one was emptied. The optional breakfast was mediocre, and the value for money was just so-so.

The overall environment is very clean and comfortable, and the location is fantastic. It's super convenient to get to any attraction, and the hotel staff are very warm and welcoming to every guest. I will definitely book here again next time!

The hotel's location is super convenient, directly accessible from the BTS exit so you don't need an umbrella or worry about the sun. It's located at a major transportation hub for both BTS and MRT, making it easy to get around Bangkok without worrying about traffic. The room was also very clean, with a small table, a sofa, and tissue boxes in both the living area and the bathroom. My friend particularly liked the sliding door between the toilet and the bed which allows you to wash your hands immediately after opening it without having to enter the toilet – very convenient! 😅 The hotel facilities are excellent too. On the 27th floor (top floor) there's a pool, gym, and sky bar. The views, both day and night, are stunning. You get a fantastic panoramic view of Bangkok's cityscape from up high 👍🏻 (great for photos). You can even swim when it rains because the rooftop is covered, though not fully enclosed. For hot water in the shower, you need to first turn on the central tap, wait about ten seconds, and then move it towards the hot water direction. If you move it directly to hot, you won't get any. There's a vending machine in the hotel lobby, and nearby you'll find massage parlors, a 7-Eleven, a Boots pharmacy. There's also the SW1 Market night market. Across the skybridge is Terminal 21, which has shopping, great food, and a supermarket, all in one super convenient spot.

An almost perfect hotel in every way. Highly recommended for travelers visiting Bangkok. Being a Japanese hotel brand, it attracts many Japanese guests and features the signature cleanliness and tidiness of Japanese hospitality. Plus, the location is extremely convenient, with a skybridge directly connecting to the skytrain station.

Although the room wasn't huge, it was clean and tidy. Housekeeping made the bed and cleaned up every day, so it was always spotless when we returned after a long day out. The front desk staff were also wonderful—they responded to our requests right away and spoke good English, making communication seamless. The view from the window overlooked Bangkok's cityscape and a lake. The location is super convenient with both the BTS and MRT right downstairs. Just cross the skybridge and you're at Terminal 21, and the SW night market is only a 5-minute walk away. There are three 7-Elevens and plenty of massage parlors nearby, making shopping, eating, and getting a massage extremely convenient. The day we checked out happened to be my husband's birthday; even though we checked out at 6 AM, the staff had already prepared a small gift and a handwritten birthday card for him. Such a thoughtful touch! We will definitely book Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Bangkok again on our next trip!

My wife and I stayed here and it was very convenient because it's directly connected to BTS (Skytrain) and close to the MRT. We were also very satisfied with the service. However, the Japanese restaurant wasn't particularly good.

This hotel is incredibly convenient. You don't have to worry about the rain at all because it's directly connected to the BTS, and you can reach it in about a minute. It's located near a shopping mall and Asok station, which makes traveling by both BTS and MRT very easy. The service attitude is friendly too.

The location is super convenient, right near the Asok BTS station exit, so no worries about getting back late even if it's raining. You can reach Terminal 21 directly via the skywalk and spend half a day there. All the essential amenities are available near the hotel too. The staff are friendly, and there was a delightful towel animal surprise (80 Baht).
