Excellent service from all staffs. Always stay here when coming for Umrah. Alhamdullilah.  Haram view from my room. 💚

This hotel was amazing. Booked 3 haram views room and the views are breathtaking with speakers in the hotel to read with jamaat. Housekeeping was really quick and efficient. Lifts were a bit slow as we had separate rooms on every floor. Was opposite gate 330 and straight into masjid e nabwi. I recommend booking your rawdah appointment and walk straight down to gate 360. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. It is definitely a 5 star hotel. The shops nearby are a bit expensive but bin dawood mall is really good for groceries. It was an amazing experience. We wasn’t allowed late checkout as our flight was @ 3:10 in the morning so we had to leave the luggage in the reception and wait around 8-9 hours. Thank you for your service and we look forward to book again

Great hotel location and good room just left not enough to go out and back hotel

I love to stay here. Just 5 seconds to Gate 338 and BinDawood Supermarket. We can hear an Adzan from our room. ********** i will come back here soon.

Excellent location near Gate 330, with very easy access to both the men’s and women’s entrances to the Prophet’s Mosque. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and breakfast offers a good variety. The hotel is directly connected to Taiba Commercial Centre with Bin Dawood supermarket in the same building, which is very convenient. Lifts can be busy near prayer times, so it’s best to head out early. There was some dust due to renovations, but this is my third stay and I will continue to choose this hotel for its unbeatable proximity to the mosque.
