Nice hotel with friendly service. The pool was quite large with great views over Surin and Bang Tao beaches! The bar by the pool was closed in the evening, which was a shame, but it was off season. Coffee in the restaurant was good!

Another great stay with trh avenue. We were aware of maintenance work being done on the property but it would have been nice to have been notified that workers were going to be on our balcony on the last morning.

Is undergoing low season renovation but there are some damages around the room , but generally is a beautiful place and the staff is very helpful and kind

The room is small but comfy. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop pool. Drinks and food are good and affordable.

Staff doesn’t want to work- acts bothered to do so. Couldn’t give me an early check in because they were cleaning the room but I didn’t see much cleaning either after arriving, the bedroom table was dirty and so was the toilet floor
Also the same lady (front desk) almost messed up my breakfast information as I had breakfast included (prepaid) and unless I didn’t doubled asked her I wouldn’t have had it.
Breakfast included but you could only choose between some options of food. Only coffee and orange juice included..
No smart tv- no Netflix or any platform and not even chromecast and even tv channels where lagging all the time. Yes, there is a TV but only 5 channels with English
Electricity cuts throughout the day…
No conditioner included
The light from the kitchenette didn’t even turn on
The pool is cool and so is the location in my opinion but you can get good deals in a better hotel.
I came here last year and stayed with an Airbnb instead of the hotel room and it was a better experience. Try to do that
