Gonsala Hotel Nha Trang

The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. They also have an infinity pool, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, it was a really great trip.

Good day everyone. I want to give a detailed review of my stay at the Gonsala hotel. Let's start with check-in: We were greeted very well, with the car doors opened for us, luggage taken to the reception, and a complimentary welcome drink. They take a $50 deposit upon check-in. We got a fantastic room (1907) on the 19th floor with a balcony. We checked the cleanliness before moving in, and everything was perfectly spotless, even behind the toilet and in the shower. The room was cleaned every day, and the linen was changed every 5 days. We stayed for 11 days, and on the 10th day, the day before check-out, the linen was changed. The breakfasts are not bad; considering we don't overeat in the morning at home, you can find something to eat here. There's a cool pool on the 20th floor, where we sometimes relaxed in the evenings. The beach is literally a leisurely 5-minute walk away. There are many cafes around to suit every taste. We also had an unpleasant incident: we forgot a phone (iPhone) in a taxi. When we approached the hotel manager for help, he identified the taxi number through the cameras and was ready to rush off on his scooter to find the taxi using geolocation. Fortunately, we managed to call the phone, and the new Russian passengers answered and brought it back to the hotel. We were lucky. I want to particularly commend the guest relations department and personally Ninh-Vanh Nguyen Nam Hien for their assistance in finding the phone and for their moral support. If we come to Nha Trang again, we will stay at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

The location is good, second line, with a great view, but the one-way street is inconvenient. The bed linen wasn't changed once in 9 days, and the tables weren't wiped, though towels were replaced. Breakfast had almost no meat, but the hours were generous, starting at 6 AM. The gym was very stuffy, with no air conditioning. The windows in the pool area were dirty. Upon checkout, I was forced to pay for the complimentary water, at 15,000 dong per bottle.

Excellent five-star hotel, I loved everything about it. The room was clean, and the breakfast had a great variety, so everyone could find something to their taste, and everything was delicious 🤌🏼. Anh, a really good staff member at the front desk, helped us with everything! And the concierges were great too 👍🏽. The location is close to the sea, and everything is nearby: a night market, a shopping mall, McDonald's, various cafes, and the central square is very close. There's also an infinity pool with beautiful views of the city and the sea. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and cleaning was done every day. Overall, I recommend it; it's a perfect option for the price ❤️.

Everything was great! The hotel has an excellent location, with the beach right nearby. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The pool is clean and pleasant. 10/10

We urgently needed to move from a terrible hotel where our tour operator had placed us. And we made the RIGHT choice! Excellent staff, clean, a wonderful room with a balcony, plus a pool on the 20th floor. The breakfasts were very delicious. 🙏

The hotel boasts an excellent central location, allowing easy walking access to nearby restaurants and the beach. There's also a wide variety of massage parlors and coffee shops in the vicinity.

Great location, everything you need is nearby. The view is excellent, but that's due to the specific room. The cleanliness could have been better. But the main issue is that you won't be able to listen to the birds or go to bed early, as the music plays very loudly in the evening. We decided not to extend our stay.

First off, the accommodation itself is clean and great, and the price is reasonable. The staff are also friendly. The breakfast is simple but decent, and best of all, the location is fantastic – close to both the city center and the beach.
