DISHONEST PEOPLE WHO LIE TO YOUR FACE, DONT STAY HERE! I don't want to repeat the old unmaintained room and facilities that other reviews have talked about, but just a bit on my own experience with this hotel in terms of booking and interaction with the front desk. I first booked on ***** and yet when I get to the hotel, the front desk claim that they don't see any booking from me, and when I show them my booking details, they simply say no, and refuse to contact ***** to find out what is happening. And I have to teach the hotel staff to communicate to *****, which they don't and contact ******* instead insisting that ******* and ***** are the same company for them. They asked me to wait in the lobby, and 4 hours after the wait, ***** tell me that the hotel has canceled my booking. So in the evening with no hotel booked, I asked the front desk if they have any room for the night, and I directly book with them and they claim they dont have anything that day, which is again a lie, because their room is up for sale everywhere from ***** to trip.com. To avoid ***** again, this time I booked on trip.com and the hotel miraculous come up with a room for the night after 1 min of them claiming they don't have anything. Such horrible experience, cannot believe this hotel lie to guest in their face and have no shame in doing so.
