Amazing service! The staffs are super helpful and welcoming. I had a great experience with them. Wish I could stay longer. The hotel is right next to the airport but not noisy at all. Breakfast has a good variety and good service. The only thing is the gym wasn’t really usable.

Everything was pretty good and we're enjoyed all of things!!

The atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly. However, I was a little disappointed that the shower had poor drainage.

There are a shuttles to the hotel every 1 hour even early morning at airport. The breakfast was really good. And the staff was so friendly and helpful. But the room was not a good condition… recommend for just one night if you arrive at night in Bali.

Been here several times, probably the nearest hotel to the airport, and yet also walkable if you want to explore around the area and find food! Only slight minus point was that we had a crack in the door so mosquitos could get into our room in the morning

I spent 2 night before flying out from Bali. The room was quite clean with all basic facilities such as hair dryer. Staffs were so friendly and helpful, I was drying my towels at the terrace but the staff brought me a rack to hang. I was also able to work during my stay, not the best Wi-Fi but still okay to work ;)

Good deal with this price , breakfast many options and also have a airport transfer to hotel is very good , will come to stay again when in Bali when taking night flight

In the end only used 3.5 hours stay in hotel. Got to hotel at 1.30am and checked out at 5am. Airport transfer to hotel waiting area was quite chaotic as near to Grab and Gojek waiting point. In the end took a taxi which is just a short distance away. The hotel to Airport transfer at 5am had quite a lot of guests on standby.

It's really near the airport (around 5 min by bus/car). Can walk but need to walk along the road. No proper walkway. The bed is clean and comfy. Got clean water. Friendly staff.

The pre-stay communication regarding the shuttle service via email wasn't clear. The hotel can provide clearer information instead of template replies. When we checked into the hotel, the preferred double-bed room wasn't available. The wall fixture in the toilet fall and almost hit me, while another small piece of wood with 3 sharp nails almost hit my child. The shower heater was also spoiled as it only dispensed out very hot water even after the hotel engineer came to repair it. The hotel room is dated and can see stains all around.

I checked in at 1 am but staff were really nice! Location was good and close to airport and mart. Their welcoming makes us happy :3 But wifi was really bad in the room. Can’t watch any videos and social media. Only thing can do in the room was taking a rest haha.

Not very recommended, the bathroom and the beds are not very clean. Too tired that didn’t take photos of it. Could hear people walking / talking outside our room after 1am. Book this hotel for catching an early flight as the location is very near the airport, but there is big traffic around the hotel during the moment we are arriving (11pm). A 5 mins round took us more than 40 mins instead. The staffs in front office weren’t very warm no matter during check in or check out. The hotel shuttle bus we took to airport was late. It supposed set off at 6am but we were still waiting in the lobby at 6am. We asked the front desk staff about it and I told him it was important the shuttle to be on time as it’s to go to airport. The staff tried to blamed me back by saying they have suggested us to take 1h earlier shuttle. He didn’t get my point and it is not the reason their bus to get late. Then the driver arrived at 6:05 and we could only get on the bus after he arrived. I will choose other hotels near the airport if I need to get an early flight again next time.
