Great service, the team here is so lovely and helpful! Loved our time here with the spacious room which has awesome ac. The breakfast buffet has a great variety and is delicious. Swimming in the pool is great fun paired with their sun chairs. They have fast room service. The bar and restaurant downstairs is super handy for when you need a meal :) overall great experience and we would book again!

Breakfast is the best thing i like in this hotel!

Spacious rooms, very clean. Great service . Complimenary bottles of water on arrival. Would highly recommned . Good value for money .

The hotel was a little far from most things unless you drove, but the facilities (bar, breakfast, laundry) all met expectations.

The staff were really polite & helpful. Great value for money with welcome drinks on arrival. The room (room no 329) was spacious, clean & smelt great with a view over the swimming pool. Buffet breakfast was really good with & good range of food (the pancakes were great!) We had dinner at the restaurant as well & food was fresh & good too. Hotel close very close to Pacific Fair Mall.

Every thing at the premises was neat and tidy. Does need a kids club or something more for the little ones

The hotel itself was lovely and the service was excellent. We felt very welcomed at the front desk. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty. Unfortunately we had an awful sleep as the neighbour screamed obscenities for quite some time during the early hours of the morning. They were told to be quiet by security which helped somewhat.
