Yaduo Hotel, North Square, Xi'an High Speed Railway North Station Reviews

December 2023, overall review: good hotel, friendly staff, well placed if you need to be near Xi'an Bei Zhan (Xi'an North Station). One of our rooms smelled of cigarettes unfortunately, the other one was ok. Finding the location on the Didi app worked better with the address in Mandarin (西安高铁北站北广汤亚朵酒店), or by selecting Xi'an Gaotie North North Square Atour Hotel, as there is another Atour hotel close to the station, with a similar name (see picture). Watch out for that, but overall I'd stay again! Pros: very comfortable, easy check-in and Check-out for foreign-passport holders, clean, gym and laundry room as advertised, helpful staff (not sure if they speak English as we were ok with Chinese), a few minutes away by taxi from Xi'an North Station, as well as directly opposite a subway station that is directly connected to the airport. A couple of local diners just next door, as well as a small convenience store. Cons: not much wrong with the place, just that one room smelled of cigarettes (despite it being a non-smoking room), and that one of the towels had some holes in it.

The front desk staff is exceptionally friendly and always welcome guests with a warm smile. They proactively assist me with my luggage with me asking. From airport take metro line 14 stop at WENJINGSHANGONGYUAN the hotel is just opposite the road. One stop away from High Speed Train Station. GREAT LOCATION!! Breakfast is delicious and with wide variety of choices. WIFI is good.

Great Location for Airport Connection via Metro. Starts at 6.20 in the morning. Metro is opposite of the hotel. cComfortable, clean and nice design. Very happy with the stay.

Good breakfast. The bed is foam bed which may not suit everyone. Convenient as a stopover place.

A/C was not working when we arrived. The staff provided a fan to cool the room down.

The hotel is convenient for traveling, with the subway at the door. The hotel has friendly service, clean environment, rich breakfast, and is a very good choice.

Location: Just across the street from the No. 14 subway exit. It is one stop away from Xi'an North Station. It is more convenient to switch to Line 4 or Line 2 to enter the city. Facilities: quite new, clean and tidy Service: The front desk is very welcoming Surrounding environment: There is a supermarket downstairs. Fruits are quite expensive. There are barbecues and night market stalls downstairs in the evening. Exquisite breakfast~

There is hot tea to drink when you check in, the takeout is super convenient with robot delivery, and the most important thing is that it is too close to the subway entrance! It’s super convenient. I went to watch Eason’s concert. It’s only 3 stops away. I can see the hotel as soon as I get out of the subway. It’s great for me, a road addict! ! ! ! Breakfast is also delicious

It's not far from the high-speed rail station. The starting price of a taxi is about 20 minutes' walk. The overall environment is good and the air conditioning is very effective. The supper shop downstairs is delicious and the service is very good. It's very close to the subway station.

All equipment is perfect. The bed was very firm and we slept well until dawn. The environment was very quiet and there was no noise at all. What's more important is that all the service staff are very considerate, especially the counter staff. You can drink tea while standing at the counter. I have stayed in so many hotels. This is also our first experience. The service is really great. The late night snack was great, I was full and delicious, and the breakfast was also very rich. My husband and daughter both praised me for choosing this restaurant. I will stay at Atour in the future!

Arriving in Xi'an in the early morning, the front desk service was still enthusiastic. This should be the best way to catch a train at Xi'an North Railway Station. The Line 14 subway station is right at the door. It is just one stop away from the North Railway Station, which is available at 6:20 in the morning.

The environment is relatively good, the laundry service is very good, and it is very close to the train station and subway station, making travel very convenient. The overall service is quite good. I recommend everyone to try it.

I checked in on the second day of the new year and the hotel upgraded me for free. The North Plaza store faces the street, but it's not noisy when sleeping at night. It's just that there aren't as many parking spaces as the South Plaza store. The hotel is equipped with a lot of water (mineral water, tea drinks, cola, hanging hand-brewed coffee with disposable cups), and the experience is very good! The young lady at the front desk was warm and generous. She didn't have breakfast early the next morning because she had to catch the bus, so she even gave us milk and a breakfast box, which was very warm! Will stay again if needed. The hotel provides children's slippers and toothbrushes.

Hygiene: Very new, very clean, very simple and stylish Service: Very enthusiastic. Although I went there on New Year’s Eve, everyone at the front desk was very enthusiastic and warm. They also introduced delicious places in Xi’an and ate delicious steamed cakes. Environment: The accommodation environment is clean and the toiletries are clean. I will choose Atour in the future. Breakfast has special tofu curd, both sweet and salty haha😄
