Honestly, I was skeptical because there were no pictures or reviews prior to the time of the booking! But honestly my husband were pleasantly surprised!!
Newly built so obviously in good condition. We had a corner room on the top floor that had a nice balcony.
Shower with 2 heads with good water pressure.
Some parts of the hotel were still working on construction so a bit busy, but besides that it's close to the station. The staff are lovely. The room itself was beautiful!! Definitely would come back!!
I m happy with most of the things but I checked in 12.30Am with my son and he’s epileptic they gave room right end of the building I have walk with him for ten minutes to go to room he was very tired I checked late night thy should consider again have to walk 10 minutes to lift and then go to level 1 for breakfast I paid for my sons breakfast but because thy gave me room soo far my son was tired he missed the breakfast he said it’s long walk and he was tired
The room was quite spacious, but the facilities were just average. The hotel's location is a bit too out of the way. For the price, getting such a large room offers decent value for money, though. There's a Conad City supermarket nearby, about a 10-minute walk. The hotel is very close to the S2 train station; it's right outside the exit. However, if you need to get to the M3 subway station, it's a much longer walk, probably around 15 minutes.
The location is fantastic, right across from Terminal 2 and just a few minutes' walk away. Plus, the airport shuttle to Terminal 1 is diagonally opposite the hotel.
The room was a bit small, but it was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable.
My only complaints are the lack of slippers, toiletries, a kettle, and even drinking water.
The location is perfect for using the airport. Shuttle services are also inexpensive. (2.5 euros per person) It was a nice hotel with a classic luxury appearance rather than a modern building. There were no problems.
A bit outside center milan but not far out by any means. Nice neighborhood and amazing community focused bistro area.
The bed was confortable and facilities are very clean. I am very satisfied with the space.
Was also able to work on laptop at the bistro as well so that is a plus to have when traveling and needing a space to work.
The hotel is very clean and close to the airport. However, I have to complain about the bathroom sink – it's too shallow and drains very slowly, making it impractical. The bed felt a bit too high, making it slightly inconvenient to get in and out. On the positive side, there are plenty of charging outlets in the room. It's a good choice for business travel.

Unfortunately, my stay at Glam Milano was very disappointing.
The room temperature was around 27°C throughout the night, and despite air conditioning being listed as an amenity, no effective cooling was available. I contacted reception multiple times and was told the heating would be turned off, but this never happened. The room remained uncomfortably hot and made proper rest impossible.
I arrived late at night after a 16-hour long-haul flight and had no realistic alternative but to stay, despite the conditions. To make matters worse, I was also required to pay an additional fee on arrival, which felt unacceptable given the circumstances.
A hotel at this price point should be able to regulate room temperature properly or at least resolve issues when guests raise them. The lack of solution, combined with poor handling of complaints, significantly impacted my stay.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, rest, or responsive service.
The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel facilities were complete and well-maintained. The only downside was a rare encounter with an unfriendly Black female housekeeper.
For a local experience, head south 100 meters from the east side of the hotel, then turn east for another 100 meters, and finally turn south for another 100 meters. On your left, you'll find SAMARCANDA restaurant, which is the social ”nightlife” hub of the nearby small village. It's very popular and offers a variety of pizzas; the most expensive seafood pizza is 9.5 euros, which is enough for one young man or two seniors to share. If you go through the archway east of the restaurant and continue east for another hundred meters, you'll reach the village church and bell tower.

GGuest UserI stayed one night in a single room, which was larger then expected, as was the bed which was a 3/4 bed not a single. Slim line fridge and happy to see the in-room safe was large enough to take a laptop. Perhaps the only thing missing was some way to make tea or coffee. Everything was very clean. The only strange thing is the reception desk which is entirely glassed in with small slit at desk level making it necessary to bend down to hear what the receptionist was saying........not exactly a ”friendly” first impression upon arrival. The area around the hotel is beautiful with a lot of cafe's and restaurants. Also a very good, large supermarket just around the corner. Overall, a nice stay and will definitely stay again.
BBobby0220A stone throw away from Milan Central with various transportation available to head to Duomo. Building is a little aged but it serves its purpose for a 1 night stay with clean toilet and a big bed. Lift up to the hotel is the old type with a manual gate
MM353054****Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely amazing! Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in Europe, this is by far my favorite. It's super close to the train station, just a ten-minute walk, and the subway station is only two streets away. The room is incredibly spacious! And the breakfast is absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!
GGuest UserThe location is good, it is near Naviglio Grande where is beautiful and many restaurants around. The staff are nice, they are very helpful to call taxi and even contact the hospital when my son was sick in one night. The cleaning staff is responsible and tidy the room good.
LLaurentontherunArea is okayish although the building off-season is a bit creepy. 1 toilet and 1 shower per floor. Cleanish but the shower is super cramped so you will have to step in to be able to close the rest of the shower closet. Cabin is supposed to have some sort of TV and high tech functions but clearly this has not been mantained. Bed is extremely soft. I would have slept even better if the dorm light could be switched of; instead the light bled through the curtain opening, necessitating two different sleep masks. Free breakfast in the morning which is always nice!
AAnonymous UserThis is a very cozy hostel, tucked away in an alley, but it feels quite safe. There's a tram right outside, so you might hear some noise, but getting an Uber is super convenient. Most main attractions are just a 10-20 minute walk away.
The staff can be a bit careless. Even though they're friendly, having a man enter a female dorm room was a bit unsettling.
There's a kitchen available for cooking, and it's well-stocked with seasonings. However, the breakfast options are quite limited.
GGuest UserAndrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price. Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.
GGuest UserHotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.
林林雷恩RyanThe transportation is convenient, the hotel is very clean, the service staff is professional, shopping is convenient and convenient, and the public security is relatively safe. Except for the high accommodation cost, I am very satisfied with everything else. Will definitely visit again next time!
