Of all hostels I have stayed, Ostelzzz in Milan is for sure the best one. With that amount of money, it already includes the breakfast, the check in procedures is so easy, friendly staffs, and most important thing is the storage fee is so cheap, only 2 euros for a day I will come back and stay at this hostel if I come to Milan

We had a wonderful stay at Glam Hotel Milano. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early since we were traveling with our baby. After a long journey, that small gesture meant so much to our family. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for resting after a busy day exploring the city. The location is also amazing — it’s literally steps away from Milano Centrale station, making it extremely convenient for trains, transportation, and getting around Milan. We truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

Disappointed by the bedding (very hard), the toilet seat wasn't fixed, didn't fit properly, the shower seals were black from fungus, the ventilation grilles were dusty, and the room's front door didn't close properly (had to call reception). Otherwise, it was okay, hence the room rate, I imagine. It's a shame, the impression was good...

I wasn't satisfied. I only stayed in Milan for one night and booked a hotel near the train station to catch my train, but I didn't get a good night's rest. Location: The location is good, very close to Milan Central Station. It's just two stops on Metro Line 2 to Loreto station. However, if you have large luggage, be prepared. Loreto metro station is very large, and the accessibility is terrible; many exits don't have elevators, or the elevators are broken! The closest metro exit to the hotel also has no elevator. My suitcase was too big, and eventually, a kind passerby helped me carry it. Facilities: The hotel is relatively new, but I have to complain about the automatic sensor facilities in the room. The lights in the room are motion-activated. If you stay in the bathroom for too long, the lights turn off. The worst experience was that the sensor light in the room's entrance hall would suddenly turn on by itself in the middle of the night, flickering and making a ticking sound, which was very frightening. I got up several times in the middle of the night to check but couldn't figure out what was triggering the lights. I didn't sleep well all night. Breakfast: Do NOT buy their hotel breakfast!!! This was the worst breakfast I've had in Italy. All the food is pre-made, and it's really hard to find such terrible bread in Italy... When I woke up, it seemed like some insects had bitten my hand; my knuckles were red and swollen. Note that the mini-bar is not free.

The hotel was great, very quiet surroundings, and exceptionally clean and beautiful. The location was convenient, and breakfast was delicious too.

The hostel is located 8 minutes walk from Milano Bovisa Politecnico train station. Direct train to and from Malpensa Airport T2 just takes 30 minutes. As far as getting around the city of Milano, there is a Tram-Bus stop (Bausan) just under 5 minutes walk from hostel (after the round about). The 4 bedded sharing room comes with en-suite bathroom with timed hot showers. Bath towel available for rent at 2€. Hostel-wide WiFi access available. The in-house bar-bistro offers good selection of Italian and international fairs. For weary travellers the in-house dinning option is most appreciated. During the day, the common area has a more co-working vibe. As the sun sets, the ambiance transitions to a buzzing vibrant bar-bistro.

The room wasn't big, but it was clean, and the bathroom was also clean. The room layout was reasonable, and I could open a 26-inch and a 24-inch suitcase side by side. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The variety wasn't huge, but the quality was good. It's about a ten-minute walk from the train station, but it was a bit tiring to drag the suitcase along the old road.

Quite a walking distance - 17min from Milano Centrale especially the pavement isn't that level. Initially, we were surprised to see only plastic cups, no kettle in the room. Checked with reception and they actually can provide kettle and tea/coffee sachets. They were generous to provide complimentary teas of various choices and coffee. Overall, the stay is fine for 3pax.

First, the location: It looks close to the exhibition hall on the map, but the walk isn't very straightforward, a bit circuitous. Parking: There's a charge for parking, but you can find free spots on the street outside if you're lucky. Room: The room is quite spacious, with a very large bed and a small balcony, which is excellent! You can see snow-capped mountains, watch the sunset, and even hang clothes to dry. Unlike most hotels with dim lighting, this hotel's room has plenty of lights; it's the brightest hotel I've ever stayed in, which is fantastic. There's a bathtub for soaking, but both the tub and sink drains were broken. I'd suggest they improve their maintenance. Downside: No kettle.
