Plenty of carpark (uncovered) available just infront of the hotel itself. Comparing to the price offered, it's a very good deal as it is spacious to fill up a small family. Eventhough there's no attraction near adjacent to the building itself, but it's near to MITC and LHDN Ayer Keroh which is good enough for me. Not only that, Bazaar Ramadhan was held infront of Masjid Al Alami Ayer Keroh during Ramadhan is situated just beside the hotel (around 1km only). Satisfied with the service provided by them.From€17

Free car park available just outside the compound. The hotel staff is helpful for the guidance. Very large area at reception counter which a bit weird for a hotel that not busy with customer. Not just that, plenty of area is limited to access due to faulty or under construction. For a first time customer to arrive at the room, a bit disappointed to see the condition of the room itself. The chair is broken, the water heater pipe hose is missing, no mini fridge, towel provided is not a cotton, the toiletteries is low quality, water bottle provided is not a mineral type, the wall is not 100% soundproof. Nevertheless, the room is spacious, they also give a scent of orchard in the room, the toilet is spacious and equipped with bath tub. Wifi is provided but not dare to use it. A bit far from local eatery but if you have a car, not an issue. The area also covered with GrabFood and Panda delivery I'd a high expectation from the get go, but after seeing the condition of the room, it crush my hope. Overall, not worth the money for a proper 4 star hotel but there are plenty of aspects that can be improved which may lead to drastic improvement over the night.From€31

The location is rather remote, there's no elevator, you have to climb stairs, and hot water needs to be fetched from the lobby. Overall cleanliness is good, soundproofing is so-so, and the staff are friendly.
