I stayed in room 410 for two nights. I didn't live enough. I stayed in room 407 again. Room 407 is a little more sea than 410. The door is out of the sea, the balcony is out of the pool, the pool bar and breakfast from the free afternoon tea. The restaurant is also very close. Staying at this hotel for more than 700 nights is really too cost-effective, and there are not many guests staying, very quiet. If you go to Lombok, you will definitely stay here. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone, but I am afraid that the Chinese will go up more. There is free afternoon tea at the pool bar from 3pm to 5pm, with coffee, water, bread, snacks and fruit. The hotel has room service, it is not expensive, per capita 50-100, after the meal is placed in the door of the room will be taken by the waiter.

Amazing view ,the service was nice and kind. The room was always clean and there was many activities like a giant pool, basketball court, Even a private Jacuzzi and more . I would highly suggest you to come there.

We loved this hotel in every way, it was in the most perfect location, incredibly quiet, on the most perfect tropical beach, with the most stunning swimming pools. The rooms were amazing large and with an extremely comfortable bed, we adored our large outdoor bathroom with the round circular bath and overhead rain fall shower. This hotel was our favourite place to stay so far with its beauty, antiques all over the grounds and in the most idealic setting. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind and thoughtful. I very much hope to return and can not recommend it enough.

Probably not worth it for a long stay (we stayed a week. 3-4 nights were fine. The villa was a bit tired, and a few tiles had chipped off in the pool. Mostly on the walls, so it wasn't particularly uncomfortable. It seemed like there wasn't enough furniture in the living room for a 3-bedroom villa. There were three of us, and it was tight. Six people wouldn't fit in the living room. The view is superb. The restaurant is good, but not cheap, even compared to other 5* hotels. By the way, the room service menu has higher prices for the same dishes than in the restaurant itself. I've never noticed that before. The staff is nice. The beach is nice, but not for swimming; the waves roll in both at high and low tide. There were a lot of pestering people. You can go to the right if you're facing the sea, about 25 minutes away, where there are nice wild beaches with calm and clear water (pictured).

This stay was much more than I expected. I originally booked this hotel as a last-minute emergency for one night, but I ended up wishing I had booked my entire three-day stay here! What stood out: A Special Shoutout to ”Superman”: I have to give a special mention to my driver, Superman. He was absolutely incredible! From the very first moment I met him, I knew I was going to fall in love with my stay at this hotel. He made everything feel seamless and welcoming. The Room & View: The room was incredibly spacious. Even though I booked a garden view, I was given a generous upgrade to a partial ocean view. From the beautiful bathroom to the balcony, the scenery was breathtaking. Exceptional Service: The service went above and beyond. They contacted me via WhatsApp and were extremely flexible in helping me book a private tour for the same day. The Experience: They arranged a pickup for me directly from the Lombok port. I rented a GoPro through them for the tour, and despite the rain, the team was so kind and accommodating. Dining: I had a delicious dinner, and the breakfast the next morning was outstanding with an incredible view. Everyone at the hotel was wonderful and the attention to detail was amazing. I truly regret not staying here for my whole trip. Highly recommended!

LOVED this hotel!!! Hands down the most beautiful hotel on the island. This place offers stunning beach vibes with little apartments and lovely outdoor spaces that make it so easy to relax and soak up the island lifestyle. We actually rented bikes and rode around the entire island, and this was easily the most beautiful hotel we saw! The pool is the absolute main feature here—great cocktails and an amazing vibe. The rooms were nice, and the outdoor shower was the cutest touch! My only minor critique regarding the room would be the lack of shower gel holders and towel rails near the actual shower itself. Food-wise, breakfast was incredible. It can take quite some time—you could easily spend an hour there—but it wasn't a problem for us because they bring out croissants and pastries while you wait, keeping you full while you enjoy the beautiful views. An absolutely stunning stay, I can't wait to go back!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the beachfront with private sun loungers. The staff are welcoming, and there's a tap outside each villa to rinse off sand after the beach. We were greeted wonderfully and checked in immediately as our room was ready. They promptly brought welcome drinks and cold towels. Regarding the downsides: there are no disposable toothbrushes or body lotion. The water isn't in disposable bottles but in a carafe that you have to refill yourself in the lobby. The room is very dark with insufficient lighting. The windows aren't airtight, leading to high street noise, especially when the call to prayer starts at night. The refrigerator is also very noisy. The air conditioner is positioned to blow directly onto the bed, so we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed. The AC is also loud. There were strange worm-like caterpillars crawling in the bathroom and room. There are no power outlets near the beds. Breakfast is à la carte, with an additional buffet offering vegetables, fruits, cheese, cold cuts, and pastries. The breakfast food isn't very good; poached eggs were overcooked. A plus is that you can order several dishes from the menu. The latte coffee was very bitter, and I had to add milk myself. I believe the price for this hotel is too high. The only plus is the location – it's conveniently situated a 10-minute walk from the port and has a beach spot where you can see turtles.

JIVANA!! This hotel is even more beautiful than in the photos! As soon as we arrived, we were enchanted by the elegance of the place and the peaceful setting. The rooms are magnificent, carefully decorated and quite comfortable with a large outdoor bathroom. Everything is designed to guarantee total peace of mind. You can see fish and large turtles... it's pure bliss. The staff is impeccable, always attentive to our every need. We even had a perfectly adapted baby bed. The swimming pool is quite large. The plated breakfast is delicious and served in a peaceful atmosphere. The spa activities are superb, ideal for a moment of absolute relaxation. A true paradise that we don't want to leave. A hotel that brought us a lot of surprises and warm feelings, we booked a two-bedroom villa. The hotel front desk manager saw that we were 5 people and immediately upgraded our three-bedroom villa. This is a big villa with a sea view. The room is spacious and everyone can live very comfortably. My son doesn't go to the beach every day in the private pool. Every waiter in the hotel restaurant is very enthusiastic and wants to learn Chinese, especially when I see my parents want to. Eat hot noodle soup, let the chef order seafood noodle soup, the two old people said that this is the most delicious noodle soup we have eaten in this ten-day journey, and the hotel front desk manager arranged the Lengmu Island sengjiji car and boat intermodal package Also very perfect, the price is much cheaper than Taobao, the key is that the Clippers directly to the hotel's beach to pick us up. Unfortunately, our trip to Gili T Island is only two days. I really want to stay in Kokomo for two more nights. If you have the chance to come back to Gili T, we will definitely stay in Kokomo.

Nous avons eu petit bungalow derrière la route dans un coin sans vue ! Nous avons demandé pour changer mais il fallait faire un gros surplus pas très commercial puisque nous étions seul ! La nourriture est très bonne et le staff très souriant et gentil  un peu cher pour les repas car taxe de 21%  Et hôtel très isolé scooter ou taxi nécessaire !

This was a lovely stay! Front desk manager was the nicest person I've met on this island. The hotel has its own beach with a wonderful coral reef where thousands of fish live. The breakfast here was basic in selection, but quite delicious anyways. The room was clean, big, and comfortable, but it would definitely benefit from some updating, especially the bathroom. Nevertheless, it was an amazing stay!
